We had a wonderful time and an amazing meal. The service is impressive, and the wine list extensive - well paired with the delicious food. We will certainly return.

Went for a dinner here with my Wife and a friend. The food was fantastic and we very much enjoyed the ambiance. This was our first time here and we will definitely be back. Thank you. Fine dinning at a reasonable price, great value.

Celebrating our anniversary at Cin Cin tonight. Exceptional food - every dish just cooked perfectly. I request low sodium on my dishes and they are flexible and able to adjust it to my liking. Exceptional service - our server Gabriel is so professional and attentive to our needs who wins my heart that I need to offer 40% gratuity tips, well earned. We will be back ?.

Excellent! We had a wonderful dinner and everything was superb. We sat on the terrace. We started with caesar salad. I had delicious squash soup and a small order of their handmade ravioli. Nobody makes it as delicate and melt in your mouth as Cin Cin. My husband enjoyed a seafood special of chili prawns. We had the blueberry crostata for dessert. But it was eaten before I could take a picture! It was a fabulous evening.

Early June 2022...we dined here with 2 other couples. The waiter told us what the specials were, and one of the guys ordered the steak special (10-oz. I think), medium rare please. The steak came absolutely blood rare, and so my friend sent it back to be cooked more. It was served in slices, so this additional cooking must have been a bit haphazard. When it arrived again, some of the pieces were still much too rare for my friends' taste, so he didn't eat them. And what he did eat was pretty tough, not what you'd expect for a medium rare steak. But the real surprise came when the bill arrived...more on that in a minute. My 10-oz. ribeye was done as requested, med-rare, and was spiced very nicely. It was also pretty tender, so I was satisfied overall. My wife's Farm Organic Chicken was very good, as was another buddy's 6-oz. filet tenderloin. The seafood pasta special was very good as well. Back to the steak special and the surprise. For reference purposes, my 10-oz. ribeye was $48 and my buddy's 6-oz. filet tenderloin was $46. When our bills arrived, the price of the steak special was $85!!! This price was not mentioned when the waiter told us what the specials were...he didn't mention the price of any of the specials. Well, needless to say, after having the steak badly undercooked, then still not sufficiently re-cooked, and also having the steak much tougher than expected, my buddy was not happy. We asked to speak to the manager...and to his credit, he placed the blame on our server for not telling us the price. He also adjusted the price down to the $48 cost of the ribeye that I'd had. That helped to avoid a very disappointing ending to an evening of fun. This restaurant is very popular. It's been around for about 30 years, which is a good sign that they're doing things right. So it's typically very full, and as a result is very noisy. The tile floors don't help to absorb any sound. So be aware of that if you plan to dine here. As a side note, one of the items on their menu is "Golden Eagle Sablefish". One of my friends dining with us is in the commercial seafood business, and he's quite adamant that there's no such thing as Golden Eagle Sablefish. The waiter had no explanation for that name. And finally, we were in town celebrating my wife's birthday, and the restaurant brought us a complimentary plate of petit fours (they were small macaroons)...a nice touch! They also brought us another plate of different petit fours at the end of the evening, I suspect as an apology for the steak thing. Overall, a pretty good place to eat. After tonight's experience, we'll be sure to ask what the prices are for any of the specials.

Delicious! We got very lucky and the hostess was able to squeeze us in - excellent customer service. Food was all so fresh and delicious. You can tell each dish is crafted with high quality ingredients. Highly recommend. Great ambiance too!

I had the opportunity to go here to celebrate a birthday, this is my first time coming to this restaurant and I have to say the service was impeccable.Even though it’s situated on busy Robson Street and on the second floor it’s ample busy inside the restaurant. We were created probably by two hostess at the door and let her a table right away as we had a reservation. We ordered two appetizers to start the Humboldt squid as well as the seafood salad. The squid was amazing highly recommend to order it, it’s crispy on the outside but tender and moist on the inside. The seafood salad was done well, as in general I find the acid pickles the seafood and turns it rubbery. It was the not case here.We also ordered an appetizer size bolognese, to try it out. Unfortunately I think this was the most underwhelming dish of the evening. While every aspect was executed well there was simply lacking flavour that I would expect from a Bolognese that’s cooked for hours. For me and we ordered the sable fish entrée as well as the osso bucco. The sable fish was truly the star of the night it was fatty Diskin was crispy I can easily eat two entrées of this by myself. In contrast the osso bucco was lacking in flavour. It was fall off the bone tender but if I closed my eyes it could either be braised pork or chicken. With food aside our server made up for everything, it was the best service I’ve had in a long time since Covid. After reflecting about their osso Buco the manager dropped by our table and checked up on us. We also got a complimentary dessert as we are celebrating a birthday. All in all it was a great evening and I’m looking forward to going back and trying other dishes but definitely will order the Humboldt squid and the sable Fish again for sure.

The food was satisfactory. Highly unusual, however, the paper CinCin birthday greeting brought to the table to start.

So wonderful that we dined here twice in 3 days! Service is top notch, and the waitress remembered us the 2nd time we went in, and stopped by to say hi even though she was not working for our table.Food is amazing, the squash hazelnut risotto is heaven, the mushroom risotto is good too. The ling cod is also great. You won’t go wrong ordering anything really. Fantastic experience and we’ll sure be back again! Now when my kids are asked what they remember about Vancouver, they yell : “ CinCin!”

Friendly and professional service.
