This is exactly what the fries looked like when we took the boxes out of the bag. What’s the point of ordering two boxes of fries when each are only half full?‍♀️The gravy had little chunks in it. The chicken was good. Staff moved very slowly. No toilet paper in the bathroom. We will likely go to churches again but definitely not this location.

The Indian woman at the front handling the tills touched money and the register, didn’t wash her hands or sanitize and proceeded to touch the tongs, food and napkins for orders. She had no gloves on and stuck her hands inside the paper bags. I asked her nicely if she could please wash her hands since she was handling cash and she rolled her eyes at me.Absolutely disgusting.Keep an eye out for this woman!

This location is going downhill fast. I love Church's Chicken and this location is a short walk from my place, but I've been coming to this one less and less. Used to be every week or two, it's been several months now, and last night was a firm reminder why. Ordered a 5 piece tenders combo, there were barely any fries included, the container haphazardly thrown in upside down perhaps to mask the miniscule amount that was actually in there? Fine, whatever, I'm here for the chicken. It was without a doubt the worst fried chicken I've ever had at Church's, maybe anywhere. It was all dried out like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a couple of hours, this was not food that should have been served to anyone. I ate one and a half pieces, threw the rest out, ate the paltry sampling of fries, and was still hungry after so had to go back out for something better.Likely won't be back at this location and if I am, I'm going to ask for it all to be made fresh, I suggest you do the same. Or just go elsewhere, plenty of businesses out there willing to do what it takes to earn your money. Not sure if this particular location is under new ownership/management, but if they are, corporate needs to take a long hard look at how this one is run because this type of experience at this store seems to be close to the norm these days rather than the exception. And that's how you lose customers.

This newly renovated Church's chicken is great! Tons of really helpful staff made for a quick chicken pick up.There was a very entitled customer causing a scene, and the person handling the situation was graceful and professional.Great chicken, great service, and a nice clean place!

If I could, I'd give no stars. Both drinks AND sides were missing, not due to driver as the bag was sealed. Our order was 63$ and half was missing, what we did receive was unedible due to it being hard and dried up or spicy, when we ordered regular. Would not recommend and would not order fr this location again. So disappointing for the amount of money paid and time waiting for this order.

It was a disappointing experience overall. The orange crush almost tasted like soda water with color, fries were significantly less and stiffer than before, chicken legs were too salty. One thing they did good is that the legs were juicy as before.

After 20 years, I finally tried this chicken. Not something I would be craving for, but it's good for when you're hungry and in the area.I love their biscuits, especially when they're hot! Fries were very soggy and gross.

Leaving a review about one of worker named Manpreet kaur . I came to have meal for lunch and some bombers. She was very polite and helpful. I was looking to scan a code. As i was struggling she asked very nicely to help. As I noticed not only me, she was very polite and helpful with other customers and his coworkers as well. I never received a good service like this before.

This has been my go-to location for the last 3 years and quality has been hit or miss but lately fewer hits and more misses. My last visit I ordered the 10 pc special. When I got home and opened the box, the chicken smelled burnt. I tasted the chicken and it also had a strong, acrid, burnt taste. Chicken looked like it had been fried at least twice too. I suspect they don't change their frying oil very often.I ended up taking the skin off and using the chicken in a stew to mask the taste (and also re-hydrate the chicken). I doubt I'll have any cravings to come back. If I do, I'll go to a location with better quality control.Left a comment on the Church's website and got an e-mail back asking for a good time to speak on the phone but never got a return call back.

Better chicken than from most other chicken shops. This particular store had a few great staff members. Once I had to wait a bit. One of them kept informing me of the progress of the fresh batch. Not that I needed the update, but having me top of mind while still taking and filling orders (it was very busy) impressed.
