You need to ask for fresh fried chicken so they won’t give you old ones. Must also check your order before you leave cause they always make mistakes. Staff always talking and on their phones.
This is new review in July 21 of 2022,I want to spread my deeply basic dissapoint to the provider or the franchise.We all knew inflation hit very hard, yet no body mind giving extra bucks for quality we have. Yet I dont get it from This brunch now, I'm being eating their Churchs chicken licking good my finger all time , almost 5 years, including Covid period, and I admit, also recommended this branch to all my friend this is the best Churchs branch in BC compare with some branch that using overnight oil, or treat customer badly (argh Ha Richmond Branch !)But today, I think I have to step out and point out, The quality has been change, chicken has been coated instead of marinated, and harden skin is no more juicy.Is it worth me to eat this? I dont know, at least I tried, and feel bad. It's not the church's chicken I used to know anymore.The previous time I visit was just 2 week ago ( 06 July) , and they still have the best chicken so far....I'm not sure why the branch owner make up this decision.Like I said earlier, I do not mind adding extra bucks for having same quality or churchs chicken, and you guys who work in the branch are the best (especially oil quality, and gesture), if the owner see this, please change back to the original fried chicken we used to have.If you cut cost without maintain the quality, it end up will bounce back to your business.Cheers,

I bought two 16 piece meals (32 pieces of chicken) on June 05 2022. I asked for hot sauce and ketchup. They would not give any any more than 8 hot sauce and 6 ketchup. They said they are out of supply. This happened to me second time now at same location.
Taste of chicken i probably that best in Vancouver. But they could improve their online delivery. They don’t even send ketchup even asking for it. Even for 10pcs of chicken two napkins. That ridiculous. Hope management takes some good initiatives pretty soon.

Busy and worst location.Waited for more than 20 mins the drive- thru and got ice-cold bombers and uncooked rice .Come here if you want to waste your time and money.
I’m from out of town and was very excited to try Church’s Chicken today, it would have been my first time. However, the customer service here was so horrible that my friends and I decided to get a refund. While I completely understand that a lunch rush on a weekend can get extremely busy, the wait times were unacceptable.Many customers waited 45 minutes to get their food, I even saw customers who had been in the drive thru come in because their food was taking too long. I’ve never seen such a disorganized restaurant. Not wanting to wait in the very long line of disgruntled customers, we decided to get a refund and go elsewhere. The entire time the management processed the refund he did not speak a single word to me. And not once did I hear any of the employees apologize for the wait times, or for the mistakes made with other customers. I was extremely disappointed and will not make the mistake of stepping inside this location again.
