The one on Howe street, one of the most rude and unprofessional people I have ever encountered, I called for days to organize a lunch order for our staff, but I got no luck, no one can explain how the menu works or how I should go about to order, you cannot pay online for catering or a day before you have to be there in person to pay when you are picking it up. The staff sounds frustrated and impatient, the manager made me spell reception ok fine you don't know how to spell reception, but you can be nice and polite, the way he spoke to me is like I am asking for free food, so much attitude, doesn't let you finish your sentence, he keeps cutting me off and gave me pointy answers, so I felt very disrespected and cancelled the 35 people catering order. I am not going to spend over $500 and yet I am feeling so disrespected. The head office can hire some good staff and update their payment system and make sure they don't loose business. I am done with these guys never again, very unreliable, unprofessional service.

Great food and ambience. We were 2 people and we were full in like 2 burrito bowls and 1 salad bowl. Our bill was around $45 and we had to pack some salad to take home. The staff was very friendly and the bowl was spicy as I like it (you get to decide the spice level). Overall a good experience!! I highly recommend this place to everyone.
Always a big fan for chipotle. But there is a chicken bone in my salad today!!! Almost cracked my tooth!!! Pls be more careful when you prepare the meat!
I love this place. The food is quite familiar for me. The price is fair. BUT… It is IMPOSSIBLE to understand what the attendants are saying, the service is faster than needed, and there is no a standard. It depends on the attendant: sometimes they serve more, sometimes they serve less. The service is always different, which is a pity.
I really like chipotle but the lettuce leaves has dust/sand on them.. they are fresh but I believe they don't clean them with water before using.
My wife went to this location to buy dinner, waited in line and as she was having our food put together told by the manager that credit cards were not being accepted because their machine was down - this was not communicated until AFTER they had started putting together the food order. My wife did not have cash on hand and even she even offered to place the order online to pay via credit card but was told that was not an option. Some unsolicited advice to management at this location - when you don't properly communicate something like this to your patrons you should at the very least take a page out of "good customer service" and not put the burden on your customer AFTER they have started having their order made. Now you've just wasted food and provided a poor customer experience.
Terrible service. They rush through the ordering process giving you a small scoop of the toppings to the point that my meal was more a like kids meal. Because of the unreasonable rush, the customer hardly has any time to think and if you even take a few seconds deciding, the employees look at you impatiently and with annoyance. The guy who served me put green salsa in my bowl without even me telling him to and didnt ask if I wanted other salsa, and then put a massive amount of sour cream and literally five strands of lettuce, some of which were half outside my bowl and touching the counter. I went when there was a short line so there was no reason for the rush. The poor service and inconsistency in the portions are off putting. Looking at the comments, my experience unfortunately, does not seem to be unusual. Date and time of visit: March 29 at 1:30 pm.Forgot to mention, the restaurant itself is very unkempt. Tables with food bits and smears of sour cream all over, garbage over flowing, and just overall, felt very unhygienic. One would think that during a pandemic, cleanliness would be a priority. Clearly not for this Chipotle.
You CANNOT order quesadilla in line, only if you order online. Isn’t it frustrating? Now I will eat the taco. You really need to do your research before coming.
