This place has the best bubble tea I've tried! They have a wide selection of drinks and toppings and definitely the best customer service that I've seen at any business. The store is always clean and tidy and the drinks come out very quickly. The tea is always brewed fresh because its always has a rich flavour and its never overly sweet which is great. Chatime Langara has become, and always will be my go to spot
This bubble tea place is a staple of our neighborhood. It's directly on Cambie Street within an apartment complex. This franchise is well-known and the quality of their bubble tea is actually quite good. It's very standardize kind of like the McDonald's model so that you can depend on them getting your order right every time no matter which branch you go to. My kids come here for the lychee and the mango slush with pearls so nothing really complicated however debility to control your ice level and sugar level is a welcome addition for parents to help control their kids later sugar fuelled rambunctiousness. The prices are surprisingly good and service is always quite good as well. This branch often has quite a lineup, however I noticed that the traffic is a lot less since Covid. It looks like they do quite a lot of business via pick up now. There's also a fair amount of competition with more bubble tea houses just down the street. Certainly, if you live in the Oakridge area, this is a walkable treat. We have come anytime soon will certainly come again.
Drinks are not to the rim of the cup.Also the milk tea is water downed.I asked for no ice in my milk tea. When i drank it, it tasted liked melted ice drink. It was basically water.
Every time I go there, they always have pearls which is awesome since other Chatime run out of pearls hours before closing, I always have a great time and I never had any issue with them, super friendly and well trained staff. Keep it up!
Their Brown Sugar Pearl's with Oat Milk is the best. Usually quite busy but they are ready fast and have never gotten my order wrong (less sugar, less ice no whip). They make it perfect every time.
We noticed that everytime we buy milktea in this location are always not full when they started to change the cup from plastic to paper.
I often come here to buy drinks and relax.I am very disappointed with their chatime points collecting system, I have been here 2 times to collect points when I purchased drinks. I informed the staff and checked the dollar value I can redeem for my drink purchase. Each time they said I can redeem it to purchase the drink but they cannot do it in later on. They also cannot give me any drink discount or any other offers. Those stupid staffs are foolish and not well trained at all. I will go to another chat time store to avoid similar issues happening again.
don't go to this chatime, I think the owner is korean. His attitude is quite bad last time when I ordered a bubble tea there. Also their pearl texture was very weird, it seems not fully cooked yet.
