We had a great experience at this place. We got served a pretty nice dinner out at the patio. The staff was really attentive and friendly. The man at the door who greeted us seemed a bit unsure as to what to do, he also forgot to give us the menu but he quickly realized his mistake and attended to us promptly. We got served by a really nice Waitress as well. She gave good recommendations on the gluten-free dishes and was very attentive towards us. We accidentally spilled one of our drinks and she was quite fast in her response to attending to it. The dessert menu didn't seem to have a wide variety and the washroom was not quite up to the mark. But the staff was very professional and patiently answered all our questions even though it seemed very busy there at that time, overall we had a really good experience here (the beautiful patio and live music made it all the more pleasant), would definitely come back!
We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at Cafe Il Nido. We were celebrating our anniversary and received a glass of Prosecco to start our evening. Everything from the fresh bread to our appetizer, mains and dessert was absolutely delicious! The service was outstanding. This was such a great find. We came into town for a3 night stay and had not made any reservations. As this was close to our hotel, we thought weâd try it. It is tucked away but not difficult to find. How absolutely refreshing to have a beautiful dining experience with superb service and food and extremely reasonable prices. This will now be our go-to restaurant when weâre in Vancouver. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Thank you for letting my girlfriend in with no shoes after they fell apart outside while her fabulous boyfriend ran down the street to pick out and buy the best shoes ever.
Fabulous food and great ambiance. High class venue and reasonable prices
Attentive service, professional. Quiet dining in the patio that my hubby and I enjoyed greatly. Food was amazing, excellent mushrooms, pastas and dessert. I don't like pasta, but their habanaro sauce was just to die for. It is a gluten free friendly place, loved the menu emphasized it right from the first glance.
Best lasagna I've ever had, the waiters/waitresses were very attentive, the ambiance was very cozy and romantic, and overall was a great experience!
Great atmosphere and service. Excellent pianist.
Authentic Italian menu, The Carbonara and the wagyu beef are highly recommended. It was a memorable dinner for us.
A delightful evening. Good food and vibe. A little more value would be perfect though.
A cozy, slightly hidden restaurant tucked away from Robson street in the middle of downtown Vancouver. Food and service were both impeccable, with reasonable pricing and a quiet and private patio. Can't wait to try more dishes.
