Their customer service is horrible. They were talking to each other as I was waiting to order. The crepe was very hard and chewy. I couldn't even cut the crepe with a plastic knife. I told them before I leave that the crepe was too harder than usual. When I told a girl who made my crepe she didn’t say anything. A guy who was beside her said that “sorry about that” with a very flat voice and he looked like he didn’t even care at all. I was very disappointed with the crepe and their customer service.
Took literally half an hour to make three crepes when there was three of them working. i ordered a nutella and banana crepe for $10 and there was barely any nutella. My friend got a butter and cinnamon sugar (which she didn’t order). Overall took way too long and wasn’t worth the price at all.
the only person dealing with customers seems very stressed and miserable. i just wanted to have a good coffe and crepe, good way to ruin my saturday vibe.ADDyes, there were about 3 more staff ONLY making crepes, but still there was only ONE person at counter. she also changed the garbage, washed dishes for those making crepes still dealing with customers. idk why you try to make me a liar..I experienced very nice customer service from Robson st, why did I expect the same?
The crepe with dark chocolate and the cappuccino were both super disappointing. I did not finish either, and had to go elsewhere for breakfast. Waste of $. Would not recommend, specially the espresso drinks.
I ordered the salami and mozzarella crepe and it was terrible. It tasted like the salami was not fresh. I told this to the lady who was in the cashier and she just responded "the salami is fresh, it was delivered yesterday", she didn't care too much, and I showed her my plate that I can't even atethe crepe. Definitely I won't come back to this place.
The quality of they stuff always has been good and i love itBut today i went there after long time and I noticed they are not wearing gloves while working i saw the worker came to cash got my order touched every where then went and start preparing the orders without even washing his handIn this pandemic and corona situation i dont think thats a right way Hope to they improve it
The cinnamon sugar crepes are amazing! Best crepe restaurant ever! I wish they had a location in Surrey
I have been here a couple of times and absolutely loved it however today I have realized they make the crepes with their bare hands not with gloves at all and that is totally unacceptable and now even more with the pandemic, these employees need to be trained on food handling urgentlyEdit: it is still not hygienic at all
This review is a bit late. I came here with my parents and the service was the slowesttttttt I have ever experienced in my life. From taking the order, to bringing the drinks, and finally the food, it just took so long and a cold crepe is just not an experience you want to have when you pay for it. I actually would not even want it for free.
Showing its age. The place is getting a bit run down. The cheese crepe I had was tepid, greasy and not too great tasting. Maybe they were having an off day. Other patrons seemed to be satisfied.
