Location is near major public transit routes and lots of paid parking around. We wanted to sit on the patio ( July, 2nd, 2022 2pm) but were told it was not open on a very sunny summer day. Short-staffed? Unsure as we weren't updated as to why. We sat within view of the patio and saw it open an hour later but didn't bother to ask to moveDrinks: I ordered a Polynesian Margarita and boy was it terrible! I made the worse expression ( according to friends) and was really holding back. My friend asked to taste it to see how bad it was and her reaction reflected mine. I asked the server ( she was amazing) for more guava and pineapple juice to make it better but even then it didn't help. I ended up asking for a new drink Frosé which was much better.Food: I ordered chicken fingers, truffle fries mini chicken burgers and steak all were fresh and amazing as usual!

Service again was great. Everyone in there was so friendly. As I was leaving, every staff I passed by said bye or smiled. Very impressive. Good job to the manager there for creating an environment where staff seem to enjoy working there. I gave 1 star less as the fish taco has a bit of fishy taste. But service was definitely 5 stars.
Happy hour at this cactus is one of my favorites. I like their patio that wraps around on the side to the back. I almost always opt for the patio here as it is just nicer to be outside. Even during the colder months, they have heat lamps. Service is always good. Drinks and food aren't anything too special, but it is done well. The truffle fries are always delicious, crispy, and well seasoned. Usually I go for the burger, mini crispy sandwich, or chicken tenders. They've always been made well and I'm never disappointed.
Nice location, service was alright.I tried a steak with veggies and like it. My girlfriend wasn’t too thrilled with the chocolate bar and icecream dessert
Good service. I had the peppercorn steak and my steak was cooked to perfection! Well, at least the way I liked it. A big restaurant with TVs in every direction! I don’t normally comment on this, but their washroom was definitely top notch! Go check it out for yourself and you’ll see what I mean! Great experience!! Asides from the paid parking.
Food, drink, service and ambience is very good. The food was delicious, the pawn crunch roll was yummy, the med bowl was delicious but the spaghetti portofino was not that delicious. The drinks were very well made and the new seasonal drink( spiked frapp) was just so delicious, with a hint of coffee and sweetness). We had a lava cake as dessert which was oozing with chocolate, yummy !
Had a good time there. the food was very good. The staff was very polite and accommodating and they had all the protocols in place. Highly recommended.cheers!
My man took me here on a nice little date. We took out his old longboard and glided down the street to our reserved table. Yes I made fun of him for having a longboard the whole time, lay offHe got the wings, said they were the worst he’d ever had. I got to eat the carrot sticks and celery. The blue cheese dip was divine.
