Wonderful service and attentiveness. Great food
Pasta dishes were done from scratch and the table service was excellent and very attentive.
Fantastic service, excellent menu. Hoice and great Dopio Ravioli. Two colors, two filings, two mushrooms. Yummy truffles and morelles. Nice winelist, good selection. I will be back.
Great food. Great service. Great ambience. Great value. Highly recommend.
Stayed in the Wall Centre so this was an easy 5mins across the road for a table at 7pm Restaurant was not full, so there wasn't much of buzz if you like somewhere that feels lively. Started with oysters; can't go wrong with these TBH, wife had the pork belly which I liked but she thought sauce did not have enough seasoning. Then onto the steaks; 6oz med-rare filet with sides of mashed potato, sprouts and asparagus. All very good although perhaps could have been a tiny bit warmer. Nice bottle of Burrowing Owl Meritage 2018 which was really nice and the cocktails to start the night with were good too. Service was great with the server good fun, enthusiastic and the right level of chatty. We were too full for desert which I think is a good sign.
Vraiment bon restaurant í Vancouver un des meilleurs Notre serveur Sam est tout simplement merveilleux!!!!
This was my first visit to CPrime with two friends and we thoroughly enjoyed it. A very attractive space, and more importantly the food was delicious and the service excellent. We ate lightly as we were time restricted but we will definitely be back to enjoy a full meal from your great menu.
One of Vancouver's hidden gems, with one of its best talents, @Chefbehshad. This place is truly amazing...1)The hospitality - Both front and back of house are very friendly and super polite2)The Atmosphere - Very aesthetic, it gives you a New York steakhouse vibe with a modern twist (without breaking the bank)3)The Steaks - All in house dry aged, perfectly cooked to what temperature you ask. When you ask for medium rare that's what you receive not medium well but perfect medium rare4)The Pastas - Highly recommend getting the Tortellini with a steak it comes packed with crab and the sauce is to die for it turns your dinner into a surf and turf delight5)The Dessert - Made in house and not brought in like a lot of other places will do (The tiramisu was a deconstructed version which brought new flavour profiles and textures to a classic)10/0 would recommend everyone to try this amazing olace out once, and be sure to thank the staff and chef if you enjoy your meal. They really make you feel at home when you are there.
The service was not up to par for a restaurant of this reputation. The food took over 45 minutes and the restaurant was not busy. There were about 9 empty tables in the section where we were sitting. There was no offer of any complimentary appetizers (ie: bread) while we waited for our food. Our server took a lot a long time in providing updates regarding the status of our food and failed to provide anything to calm our patience. The food wasn't spectacular as the risotto was bland and the steak wagyu option did not come with side dishes. This option was $72. Most well known steak houses around metro Vancouver that serve the Wagyu option at the price point comes with side dishes. The overall rating on zomato, trip advisor and open table was around a 4.3 rating. Don't be fooled by this as the experience we had did not match up to the rating. Other comparable steak house restaurants such as the Keg, Black & Blue, Elisa, Atlas Steak & Fish and Hy's offer a better experience and value than C-Prime. The way C-Prime portrays itself to be part of the aforementioned elite group of Vancouver steakhouses does not even measure.
Had a wonderful dinner here this weekend before our show. The food was delicious and a special thanks to Lalo, who was an attentive, knowledgeable, and very kind host.
