Just tried Budgies Burritos for the first time, and I loved it. I ordered the Johnny O. I ordered a large, but should have gotten a small because it was huge and so filling. The place is cute & funky inside. The staff were friendly. I highly recommend Budgies if you’re hungry. I will definitely be back.

Great hole-in-the-wall veg burrito joint. Good prices, good food, licensed, no frills. Take your burrito down the street to Dude Chilling park, and you've hit a classic East Van activity!
By far the best burritos I've had in Van for a very fair price. Massive portions and SOOOOOOOOO delicious. I come here whenever I can!! They also play good music. :)I also really appreciate that they still require masks. I know a lot of people still sit down and take them off, but it makes me feel a lot safer knowing that the staff cares about this.
Big big burritos! Vegetarian or not, it's good food for everyone. Ordering can be a little tricky, so look for a sign at the front that explains all the burrito fixings. If you're not sure what kind of burrito to get, I've never met anyone who didn't like the Jamedog (the one with garlic potatos). Whatever you get I'd recommend upgrading to the large size, as it's a great value.Bonus: ask for a little cup of hot sauce, they have three kinds depending on your spicy tolerance.

Best tacos I've had in Van so far, esp for the price! Cute spot(whoever writes their menu boards has ? skills), friendly folks. Good selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. I also love the focus on no-waste/compostable packaging.Bring ya frands!I'm Gluten-free and they were v transparent about shared kitchen space, which I appreciate.
Cheap, simple, and filling.If you want some super authentic fancy mexican food, maybe not the place for you.If you're just hungry and need to get something for your lunch break, then this is the perfect spot.I wish there were more places like this.
Awesome vegetarian burritos, very filling and very delicious. We went after a brewery tour in the area and it was perfect for absorbing alcohol and not feeling too full.
I always see this place as I'm driving and finally decided to stop in - really fun and unique set up and was surprised to find out they offered vegan burritos. They were tasty, and I appreciated the prices :)
