One of the best places for soup in the lower mainland. There’s not a lot of places to try Szechwan soup but this is really good. Also try the laksa soup it’s less spicy and has a more creamy flavour from the coconut milk. Also go for the egg noodle over the rice noodle. Great place to go on a cold day. The milk tea is a must have alongside the spicy soup. Staff are very friendly.
I buy food from them many times and have accumulated many stamps.. when I went to redeem my stamps for the bubble waffle, they said I can only redeem one waffle....not what it said on the redemption card....False advertising! Bad service! I went to the one at Aberdeen Center in Richmond. Very disappointing!
Wanted to try some Oreo flavored bubble waffles and some curry fish balls. Not sure why but this time, both were a disappointment. The waffles were thin and not much flavor. The fish balls were dry and don't taste any curry at all. Maybe try the other locations next time.
Was in a rush with my kids....of course they wanted chicken strips; but I was craving hainanese chicken ...well it was affordable and it came with a drink. The chicken was boneless and there was a variety of drinks to choose from. Good place to eat with a 10% discount if you order ahead.
I was in Lansdowne Centre and decided to wander by the food court for a light snack. First I wandered by the A&W but decided upon the Bubble Waffle Cafe because there also was no queue there as well. I decided upon the Hong Kong style waffle and returned to the A&W for a coffee. The coffee and the waffle complimented each other nicely.
