The place is really nice, very nice interior design with a lot of plants. Service was really good too, friendly and good conversation. The food looks good but unfortunately lacked taste in our opinion. We had the calamari which was not bad but was expecting more flavor for the price. I got the salmon which looked really nice, was well cooked but unfortunately didnât really taste anything special. I was expecting a great sauce but it wasnât tasty unfortunately. My wife got the halibut, she said that tasted really good however didnât really understood the deep fried Dungeness crabe that was heavy (due to the fried part). Iâm not trying to be mean with this review I think this restaurant check a lot of boxes unfortunately for such price, the taste has to be better than this.
Flawless experience from the botanical cocktails to the local ingredient driven and inventive menu. Nothing disappointed. In fact, nearly everything delighted the five of us from the Dungeness crab beignet to the rhubarb tart with pistachio ice cream. Beautiful restaurant in a soft, interesting blush palette and a great vibe. Perfect for out of towners seeking local but elevated fare.
We take you for a walk.. we had a cocktail as aperitive it very good but should skipped it. We had 6 amazing courses with paring wines. After been a week testing dining in equivalent restaurants this is in quality by far the best. Taste balance and presentation were excellent. Service and knowledge of staff was very good. Would receive a Michelin star in Holland, for second table and fine tuning in service. Overall excellent great evening.

Magnifique! I would say if you are a world traveller and are trying to compare this restaurant to a Michelin somewhere in Paris, you maybe will be looking for something to criticize. But I can definitely say that after living in Canada for 7 years and trying to find the place where I will truly enjoy and be impressed with the taste of my food - I finally found it. Pink Grapefruit Pavlova desert and What the flower cocktail made my taste buds dancing...
Food was exceptional. Music a touch too loud for my liking.
