Booster Juice doesn’t disappoint usually but today they have… once again. I understand that delays happen but for a chain like booster juice? How did it become an hour delay? Such a waste of services using delivery with this place.. as this isn’t the first time. Inconvenient and just sucks
I ordered a Brazilian thunder, and the smoothie looks weird. The ingredients listed is açai, raspberry, banana, strawberry and probiotics yogurt.I can’t understand what cause this yellowish color. This is right after the smoothie was made.

Today was so hot in Vancouver, so a delicious smoothie was the best way to beat that. A very amazing and friendly staff was working this morning ALONE and she’s SUPER organized and fast. I was supposed to pick up a very big order “31 items” and she did that by herself. She working on my order and others order like a bee. If there’s a trophy for the best staff, she would get it no doubt. Kept saying “sorry” for running late and offered a free smoothie, who would say no to free smoothie?! Definitely she can put in her resume “working under pressure”! Booster Juice should hire more staff like her.

I do not really understand why this place even exists or why they are running a business. They do not seem to care about it or customer needs. I had never been there before and decided to try them out since they had Groupon. I go there and they would not accept it just because of one word on the fine print which other businesses do not care about. Even if the customer is completely at fault, they could come up with an alternate solution or make an exception at first. Groupon gave me a refund and I'm not planning on going there again. It's hard to trust a business that do not care about their customers with the smallest issue like this one. There are many alternate food places in the mall and other Booster Juice locations around the area. There is no reason to particularly go here for a snack.
I love the lemon grass reminds me of the farm I grew up on. Tastes great.
