The worker who I usually see is quite nice and does a good job in general. However, I was quite disappointed with my experience today. There were only 4 of us in there, but there wasn't a line so it was unclear who was still in line to order. Turns out it was one person waiting to order ahead of me, and I personally don't think it should take over 10 minutes just to place an order when there's only one person. I was there for nearly 20 minutes.Edit: I just also wanted to say this was just one experience amongst many positive experiences. I go there all the time, the staff is friendly, and I can be a Booster Juice addict!They were also very swift to respond regarding my experience and were friendly, insightful, and caring. Great customer service! I don't think I've seen such an understanding and prompt response over a negative experience before
They are always friendly and have a great selection of smoothies. The fact its owned by someone in the community is awesome
Terrible service and their immune shots are horribly made. Please hire better employees.
Was at Commercial Drive / Broadway Station location at 6:10p, Thu Oct 21. One very hard working young woman behind the counter, taking and making walk-in and pick-up orders! She was a SUPERSTAR! She had a lot of orders to make but she didn't look overwhelmed, she looked calm and efficient. Got my Mind Over Matcha order a lot faster than expected! Yay Booster Juice! Didn't catch her name, young (20 something), light brown skin, long black hair, slim build, super hard worker!

decent smoothies, but slow service. the poor girl was working alone and looked really overwhelmed. they need to staff more people together
I just got orange and carrots juice and it does not taste like like oranges or carrots. First of all they took 15 minutes to make my order and they weren’t even busy. One girl was talking over phone and blocking second girls’ way. After waiting 15 minutes i got this juice which taste beets. Wouldn’t recommend this place.
