One of the best Indian restaurants in Vancouver. The food was tasty and spicy (they actually make it “spicy” when you say it). The Chef came and asked us for our spice-level. Really down-to-earth person; rest of the staff is friendly too.Would definitely go again!
These guys are a hidden gem on commercial. I've been there several times and the food is consistently good. The various dishes are very well prepared and the Naam bread is always fresh. They even do a garlic version!!The prices are quite reasonable for the amount of food they give you.
Went with a date around 10PM on a Saturday night and had no issues finding a table (pretty empty at the time). Atmosphere was nice and dark with a candlelit table; good for dates. Food came all at once and it wasn't too bad. Personally not a huge Indian food person but really can't complain about the food. Had butter chicken, some cheese cube curry, naan and rice. Overall, would recommend if you're into Indian food or looking for a date place.
Decent ambience and service. The vegetable Manchuria was amazing. Order wait time wasn't too long. Ample street parking is available outside the restaurant.
Great food, good friendly service. Can't go wrong here.
First time visiting here. It's all you can eat lunch buffet. Not many choices(about 8 dishes) but everything tasted good. We also ordered mango lassi which truly surprised us. Nice experience and will want to try their dinner soon.
We received a very welcoming attitude from Prabhgot … she served us with freshly made onion pakoras… buffet was worth the price with 2 non veg and 4 veg dishes with freshly baked tandoori nan breads and fresh rice. Beef curry (tasted like vindaloo) and butter chicken were good. All vegetarian dish was delicious although a-bit salty specially dal makhani. Onion pakora was not so appetizing or flavorful. Restaurant was clean. The wired thing was that they denied to offer bowls when most of their dishes were in liquid consistency. How can someone consume liquid with a spoon from plate????
First time we (Myself, my wife and son ) from Delta visited eleventh and Granville ave. location. We liked all the appetizers and finished all. In main course the quantity was too much we could not finish it at all. We love to go again and recommend my friend as well. Staff was courteous. If you are reading this then trust me & go check yourself. You won't be disappointed.
Had a great experience at this place. We went to celebrate my friend’s birthday. They are so understanding. Got to eat such Delicious food after really long time… hats off chef, really appreciate your cooking ?. Thank you for absolutely amazing time at your restaurant with Great food and service ??. I would really recommend this place for a twist in Indian food taste. Thanks for making day special. ?
We had an incredible experience at the Bombay kitchen and bar during our stay in Vancouver . Service was amazing. They were so patient and so sweet with us. Took their time to answer to our questions (this experience being our first time in an Indian restaurant ) and even gave us recommendations for places to visit during our trip in BC.We had dine-out 2022. The curries were so tasty, well cooked and well seasoned. It was obviously way too much food for two people (adding the fact that they gave bread and rice and an appetizer - the pakoras were absolutely to die for by the way), so we took the rest back home and had an amazing Indian breakfast the day after!Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed.
