Service was horrible - they took nearly half an hour to take our order, my girlfriend's meal arrived over ten minutes before mine, and our appetizer never came at all! They also put the extra pig blood my girlfriend ordered in my soup.The food was pretty good but a very disappointing experience overall.
It was my first time trying Taiwanese food I liked the food, but so spicy for my family. l cant give a 5 star rate.1- if it says in the menu, spicy ,its really SPICY! Even more than Indian foods!2- lt was my first time so next time more experience how to order.3- for my kids, l ordered kid meal but just received 1 small cup of noodles! Maybe it was a mistake or really that was it.4- l liked the traditional way of serving the foods.5- staff were so friendly. You can ask for all details before ordering if it is your first time. My Kids really liked it.
A very affordable, reliable and no-frills chain restaurant that started in America. However, for this particular location, quality has reduced following the pandemic.Be aware: the Taiwanese spicy hot pot is NOT for the average, even seasoned diner who tolerates spicy food. It is SO spicy the taste of the food isn't even there. I'm not sure why a mainstream restaurant would even offer such a spicy option; it hurts to eat and there's almost no point of enjoying the hot pot content since it is just SO spicy.Otherwise, the stinky tofu hotpot is their classic and they are most known for this hotpot style.Their sauce bar used to be great; due to COVID, they are not individually packaged and you have to ask for refills.For cheap hot pot options, this is a solid place to go. But it's certainly not for high quality eats.

It is always jam packed, only downfall for this location is you can not split your bill… so if you are going with friends someone will have to pay the whole bill.The food was amazing, we got their famous beef. If you’re South Asian and ask for the pork meatballs to be substituted the answer is no :( but they were kind enough to let us know that they will remove them. Food was good. Servers need to be able to communication more. We were left out for awhile before we called for the server.Am I going to visit again? Maybe not this location but their other location.
Taiwanese hot pot - I love hot pot, but I prefer to eat in a single bowl and boiling point offers this. The bowl is at decent price for 1 person ~$20 for the pot + drink for lunch. Beef pot was my absolute favorite. It’s best to enjoy this during winter time! The line can be long at times, so anyone who goes here should be prepared for that.

First time visiting here. We had the house special and lamb hot pot. Both taste very good. Would like to try other flavors like seafood or spicy one on the menu. I love the idea that one hot pot for one person.
The perfect place for a cold Vancouver night for individual hot pot. Ordered the Korean kimchi, Taiwanese spicy and seafood tofu. Portions were generous and taste delicious with the extra garlic dipping sauce. Our server was so polite and friendly. Always a hit here!
