Just went here to buy my supplements as I generally use this location and they denied my 5 year oldof using the washroom and told us to use the A&W up the street. They laughed at me when I questioned this and continued to laugh as we left the store when I told them I would no longer support this location. Completely inappropriate and appalling. Fail for this location and it’s staff.
I order the same thing every time I'm here - the pistachio dreaming smoothie. I would eat my own hand if you told me it was pistachio flavoured. The staff are always really pleasant, and my smoothie is pretty much the exact same every time. I've gotten one or two duds that doesn't inspire the same level of joy as the others, but they're generally consistent. Paying a tenner for a smoothie makes me feel like I'm looking after myself.
We love your products, your staff are amazing and we will chase down the shop lifters down the street to return the stolen goods. But these areas are really frustrating and make the experience disappointing.Firstly, your online web site to place orders is buggy and inconsistent in the ease of placing an order. It works some times, and then others it doesn't, and this is on a variety of different devices and users. When it doesn't work, we can't phone to place orders because you don't allow it. Instead we have to go to the store and wait 15 mins for shakes to be made. And you know us and you have our phone numbers!Secondly, you are charging extra for single use cups as required by the city, but you won't allow us to use our own reusable cups. Cafes allow the use of single use cups. Supermarkets encourage reusable bags. It's a contradiction to call it a Zero Waste initiative when it's 'required' to pay for a single use cup. Putting it under the banner of health and safety under 'Covid' is starting to get thin.We will keep chasing down the shop lifters for you, but this is starting to get a little tedious.I'm always open to improvement, and this review will match any improvements in your experience.
This Body Energy Club joint provides the same awesome consistent service seen across all of their chains in Van.This time I went for the limited edition Cold Brew Mocha Smoothie which tasted super yummy and the perfect big slurp whilst watching the Sea Planes take off from the Waterfront just around the corner! It was actually the perfect medium between not being too bitter, nor sweet as it was lunchtime so a great recommendation from the very friendly and approachable staff. They have an exciting, vast, flavorsome and diverse smoothie menu to accommodate for any tastebud craving no matter the day or time. Their menu is also pretty good for customization if you fancy chopping and changing a few things here and there as well as vegan friendly wholesome ingredients. The staff at this joint are friendly, kind and extremely efficient at making tasty drinks! I feel like I always receive great value for money at BEC.The staff were very professional in ensuring to make a great recommendation accommodating to my needs and also completely customized featuring vegan protein.Don't bother wasting your time at other Smoothie joints in my opinion, this place is the juice! (Pun intended)They also have a great loyalty rewards scheme which I recommend signing up for if your a frequent smoothie head!
Always close at 8:40 PM. Been a few times at 8:40 and have been turned away.

Great health food store with amazing smoothie bowls, smoothies and fresh prepared wraps and bowls to go. The açai bowl is amazing. Staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this spot!
