Kinda of poor communication a couple times on the online orders. Just today we ordered online at 11:50ish and said it would be great at 12:10, great we arrived then. Checked in and they said they weren't ready. Finally after 15 minutes they realized that our smoothie bowls were sitting in the fridge the whole time. This has happened at least twice now. Not sure what else we can do except checkin with our name. A free smoothie would have smoothed things out a bit.

Isnt it common sense to include straws for delivery orders when the cap is not even the sipping kind?
This is the go-to for protein smoothies. They’re always so tasty, it truly doesn’t matter what flavour you get. It’s fairly expensive but they use high quality ingredients in all of their smoothies. It’s crazy how they make something so tasty yet healthy at the same time

Celiac + Wheat + Gluten-Intolerance Alert!Generally, they're pretty good. However, today, I specifically requested "no dates" (due to the dates being covered in wheat-flour/gluten) in my smoothie. Then, I walked over the to the staff making my shake, and again, specifically requested that my smoothie not include any dates. Unfortunately, they included dates in my smoothie.There were no smoothies being made in advance or after my smoothie as the store was relatively empty as it was early morning. I'm not sure what else can be done to ensure a simple request is being taken seriously by staff. Simply, it's disappointing to feel ill from a service I've been supporting for years.To anyone out there reading this, please be aware that any smoothies with dates are covered with wheat-flour/gluten.
Love their smoothies and their array of ingredients that are vegan friendly. Always stop by to grab something when I see a store.
Never had been before but they have every health supplement under the sun. Staff was very friendly and helpful
