I order from a few of your locations. I haven't been satisfied since I got my smoothie from the granville store. Both the bowls and smoothies are inconsistent. Moreover the service is all over the place. Every store serves it differently in terms of quality, flavor, texture, and the time it takes to get delivered to us customers. Some stores are better. I get it's on high demand and the workers have to work in tight time constraints, but this shouldn't reflect back on the quality of your products. Just so the company can accomplish profit margins and such. The points system that was offered to the customers prior to covid had been altered to sustain a more profitable financial gain for the company but yet there has been NO improvements in hiring more staff or better domestic workers. Previously it was every 1000 points accumlated, us customers would receive $120 in store credit to spend in stores. The latest program is every 1000 points accumalated we are ONLY receiving $75 in store credit. Case and point. This establishment has been in vancouver for decades, but appears to be diminishing in many aspects as time goes on. What even happened?

I usually order a smoothie with lot of modifications. Staff there is reallly nice, never impatient with me. They also offered me a sample of pumpkin spice, which was a nice gesture, but the sad part is that is not my taste. I love to modify only. Bestest place to go for a quick grab!!!!
This has as much to do with the staff behavior as with the food.They are on an app called 'Too Good To Go', where they give away (for a smaller price) food to prevent it from going to waste. This is an amazing thing to do.However, the behavior of the staff was extremely indifferent. (I don't want to claim it as racism, but it did feel like it). The bag wasn't ready and they made one when I arrived - gave me a smoothie and collagen shots for a "meal". Just a bad, uncomfortable experience.
Updated review: I decided to order the same Thunder smoothie again using my "make it right" voucher from BEC & I was happy with the smoothie. It was as good as any of the previous times I had ordered it (bar the single instance as reviewed below). Thanks BEC for Making It Right :)Original review: Just picked up my usual smoothie (Thunder Coffee) & it was totally separated, watery on the bottom & semi solid on top. Not sure if the ingredients changed / missed, they were not fresh or the person making it did not do a good job. This experience will make me think twice about ordering a smoothie from them again.
