Honestly worst BEC experience ever. I’ve been going to various locations for years and this is my first time going to this location because we got some vouchers at work to use and I wanted to redeem for a 8.99 smoothie which has majority of their flavour lineup. The girl at the counter looked at me in a weird way and says: only for the classic one 7.99 ok? I asked if I can add a dollar to get the regular and again she looks at me weird with a smirk and says NOP! This attitude for a premium smoothie bar? Sorry but I think there’s an attitude and racism issue here. Worst location and unbelievably bad service.

I get my go-to smoothie strawberry macalicious every morning from this location. In the morning, Alinne is the one managing and she is super nice and always accommodates to special requests or delivery app/ BEC app issues. She's the best!
I love the Body Energy Club joints around Van so swung by without hesitation. This time I went for my go-to Vegan Skinny PB & Jelly Smoothie.. Peanut-butter Jelly time is always the best time, right? I must admit, this is the first time I wasn't best pleased with my experience.This is meant to be a small and efficient to-go style chain, but instead I received rude and abrupt service whilst having to wait 15 minutes outside when there was only one person ahead of me in line. The smoothie was also not blended well and as such tasted super grainy and albeit gross.They also have a great loyalty rewards scheme which I recommend signing up for if your a frequent smoothie head!

Really slow service and there is 3 people inside working. I had to wait Almost 15 minutes for one smoothie and there was only one customer before me.
I have never been to this location before, I stopped on the way to my tattoo appointment to grab a bite to eat. The first guy ( I didn't grab his name :( ) who helped me was super accommodating and awesome and let me know I was able to get a free bowl, that was super nice. However, the main reason I am writing this review because of Matt. I hope you see this! He saw me waiting outside and offered for me to stay in AC (it was 37 today), after a manager came in she asked if I was able to step outside. But Matt went out of his way to come back out to me immediately and ask if I needed any water, or anything else and was making sure I was okay due to the heat. He went out of his way to be generous with the bowl he made me. Matt made my day today, he has a genuine soul. The bowl was great yes, but the compassion was what made me want to write this review. I don't even live in Vancouver but I hope whoever does goes to this location. Thank you Matt, and to the other guy who worked today, you guys deserve a raise ;)
I really enjoyed my time at body energy. I ordered a almond butter dream and the smoothie was amazing. It was my first time there and the blond girl who served me was super friendly and helped me to choose the smoothie among so many good options. I’m definitely going back
