Whenever I am looking for health products or wanting a smoothie, this Body Energy Club location is my go to spot! I have been coming to this location since it’s opening and have tried just about every smoothie on the menu. Each one has always tasted great. Always made with precision and never watered-down. Renda, one of the leading staff, is kind, helpful, and patient, offering top quality service. The whole team is knowledgeable in the products they carry and I can always count on this place to have the products I’m looking for! 10/10
Came into body energy to get protein after my friend told me they use the stores brand and really like it. I was politely greeted by Jacky and Marnie as I entered the store and both offered to help me pick out a protein powder. They offered me a small sample of the isolate and whey options before I purchased one. I also learned that if you spend over $25 you get a half off smoothie. And the store also has a good return policy. I will be back in the future.
Please train your staff better .Tell them To acknowledge and greet EVERY customer and offer help right from the start when you enter the store .I’ve been looking for certain supplements several times and your staff is standing in the corner having a happy chat with each other instead of offering help to the customers.Most times their knowledge of supplements is poor .Put some labels for sections up .Examples like : digestion , liver support , protein etc.the selection and price of the supplements is good but the order and the service compares more to a NOFRILLS store .
I work along West4th and on my break I wentto Body energy this morning for 9ish to hopefully grab a smoothie for myself. Usually when I’ve been in I’m greeted but I came in and the young girl was just finishing up a smoothie for another woman but saw me and didn’t acknowledge me. I said “hello” and she came over but then said “Oh just a sec” and went and stood by the bar while the other guy also saw me and continued to work on the fridge under the counter cleaning it. I waited a few minutes and asked if I could order but still wasn’t acknowledged, so I left because I only had so much time on my break left. Disappointed and won’t be back again.. management needs to work on this with their employees and also being more quick and efficient when making drinks. The othertimes I had been in before there was never a hurry to get out drinks to the customer and it’s frustrating …
Should have listened to the other reviews. By far the worst body energy club location. Ordered on doordash and the fruit was old and mouldy, didnt even put the 5 toppings they charged me extra 10 bucks for. Tried calling the store three times to tell them and they never even bothered answering the phone.
I love body energy, but the service at the west 4th location is super slow. Always waiting so long
First time visiting this location but I will not be returning here because I am disappointed my smoothie was not completely filled(more than an inch of empty space) and my smoothie was not very cold and thick compared to other locations.
The last 3 times I’ve come here, I’ve been very disappointed. I probably go to body energy atleast 3-4 times a week so I’m well aware of what is a good smoothie. Can anyone explain to me why there is such big chunks of banana and mango in here, this is not eatable and a waste of time. Please train your staff to do better

Don't use the mobile app for this location if you want to get your order in a reasonable amount of time. Today, my partner ordered a bowl and smoothie at 7:10am, and we arrived at 7:30am. Front counter staff said they' had just started to make them, and it'd be another 10-15 minutes. I thought that seemed a bit long, but I figured they must have been busy, even though there was only one other person in the store at the time.While waiting in the store, it was obvious they hadn't actually started the order. While waiting, two people came in, ordered, and got their orders before they bothered to start mine. Ended up being 7:55 before I got my order.They have really good products, but the service is just awful with some staff members (though not all). I wouldn't usually write a bad review after a bad experience, but this is the third time in a row. Can't rely on this place for a pre-work smoothie, unfortunately.
