This is a small location that is easy to miss if you are not aware of it's location via google maps etc. This place is easily the most friendliest and easy to communicate with location out of the ones I've been to in the area. They actually like to chat with you unlike the other locations which are not bad, but doesn't have that extra customer service friendliness. Kudos to the management for hiring friendly and professional staff.
I’ve been going to body energy for over 10 years. The last 2-3 years this place has continually been going downhill, both in customer service and quality. Id say about 4 out of 5 smoothies aren’t blended properly, making you chew your smoothie instead of drink it. I’ve also had numerous smoothies that were not drinkable because of golfball size pieces in the smoothie.I’m not one to complain, but for a 10 dollar smoothie, that’s not cool. Just another company getting too big and cutting corners. Raising prices while quality drops immensely. I’ve seen this many times with companies and it seems to drive them into the ground. Look what happened with tim Hortons. If an owner or partner sees this review, just a heads up on this. Maybe training employees to be more diligent would help? I wont be visiting body energy anymore which is unfortunate.
They won't take orders by phone and the app to take orders isn't working. If you are short on time, don't bother.Their smoothies are top notch tho.

This store had the worst customer experience, as they made myself and other clients WAIT 30-45 MINUTES FOR ONE SMOOTHIE. This is completely unacceptable as they are charging almost 10$ for a smoothie and then giving completely terrible service. Also, they are selling protein bars which are expired or are not made right, as it upset my stomach.PLEASE AVOID!
Guilty pleasure with the smoothies. Raspbutter smoothie is my go to. Not a personal fan of the chocolate flavours, but that's just me. Would recommend getting a membership/loyalty account for the occasional promos.
My purchase experience at Body Energy East 3rd was exceptional. Matt - the staff member assisted my purchase. He is very approachable, honest, and personable. Highly recommend for anyone working near by Mount Pleasant to drop by for a good healthy meal or supplements. We even joked around a bit so I'm stoked to leave my first ever Google review⭐
Tasty vegan smoothie. Ordered the cookies and cream smoothie, the blend taste great, wish they had blended it more thoroughly. There was some chunks too big to pass through the straw.
Like always they are super friendly and extremely helpful and I am always looking forward to seeing them again.
