Lisa was our server and she was outstanding. She was extremely knowledgeable, and lead us to every right decision. She times the meal perfectly and it felt like we joined the Black & Blue family. Definitely recommend the restaurant and absolutely recommend Lisa.

Really good food and nice atmosphere. Waitress was friendly and made our dinner unique. Would really recommend it for everybody who loves good meat. Just a little bit expensive
We came by for happy hour and had a really great time. Food and drinks were all fantastic but in particular Lisa L was taking care of us and just did such a great job of coming by and checking in on us all the time. Everything came super fast too. If you’ve ever had to look around to get attention or because you’re not sure where the food and drinks are at… this was the complete opposite of that! Really fun and welcoming environment, great experience overall.
I recently scheduled a business dinner for 15 at The Roof at Black + Blue. My team prefers to sit outdoors, so I requested a table on the rooftop. Absolutely superb in every way. Yes it’s expensive for some of the Japanese cuts of beef, but you cannot argue with the quality. Service was impeccable and Lloyd made our evening very special.
Great experience staff went above and beyond for our party. Steak is delicious and selection of desserts. Server Lisa is phenomenal.
Excellent service and fantastic food! Our server, Lisa was friendly and professional. The food was fantastic. I had the carpaccio and the ribeye and it was cooked to perfection. For dessert, I had the butter cake and it was fantastic. I would reccomend this location got gathering of friends, families, of even dates! Thanks again Lisa for the amazing service!
My first time at Black and Blue and it was a great experience. Not a big meat eater but I had to try their steaks and it was excellent. Our server Lisa L was phenomenal.
An incredible dining experience in downtown Vancouver. The name is a little misleading, we were expecting a rooftop restaurant from "The Roof" in the name but quickly got over it as the interior is beautiful with modern architecture and extremely comfortable seating. Service was flawless, drinks were cold and delicious. Most of all, the food was incredible. I had the Beef Wellington and it was cooked to perfection. Will definitely return the next time I'm in the city!
