I haven’t tried any food or baked goods but this place is visually so satisfying. The oat milk latte tasted like pure milk though and the barista looked to be in an extreme bad mood argh. The cashier was delightful though, gotta come back to try the food!

I always enjoy the baked goods here. Today we tried a couple of the lunch items, too. The quiche and sandwich were pretty good; the amount of salad was a bit lacking for the price, though.

A really lovely French-inspired cafe playing Thievery Corporation, Federico Aubele, and Bebel Gilberto, part storefront selling kitchen wares and jarred goods, part coffee shop with breakfast (croque monsieur, quiche, etc.) and sandwich/salad options. Some ready made sandwiches, fruit/yogurt cups and charcuterie (olives, cheese, hummus, bread, etc.) to go. Often a long line to get in but it goes super fast. Is it flawless 5 stars? No but still pretty darn good, I wouldn’t travel out of your way to come here but if you’re in the neighbourhood, I would definitely come here for a casual breakfast or lunch and take in the vibrant neighbourhood feel.

Being French I can't give more than 1 star to this wannabes viennoiseries! I got an Almond Croissant which was hard as a rock and a chocolate croissant which was very plain! Even a frozen one from Whole Foods tastes way better. I also tried Kouign Amann that tasted totally bland! No buttery taste! I tried those before in Bretagne and in Paris, it was really buttery and full of flavor. At this place it is just a fluffy bakery ... Pillsbury alike... Let's not talk about the rude Asian cashier that handles cash and food at the same time. When I asked about the almond croissant hard as a rock , she through me a dirty look, And aggressively warmed it up . It still tasted totally ordinary... not worth $5 ! Finally I tried the Honeycomb croissant and flan and I recommend them to just stop fooling people by pretending it is a French bakery! This is a lie or the owner should fire the Asian Boulanger! All the workers there are Asian and for sure not from France nor speaks French. They only copied the rudeness of the French service without the quality or taste! Please get ride of the mean cashier and hire a real French Boulanger or else don't call yourself a Boulangerie!

Tasty chocolate-rye cookie, and no doubt tasty muesli, but I didn’t even get to try their spelt bread as it’s only sold on weekends and apparently still contains some wheat flour anyway, which makes me bloated. Finding good wheat-free (*not* gluten-free) bread in Vancouver seems nigh impossible, and wherever I do find some it’s a one-off that never sticks around. This was never a problem for me in Europe and specifically Austria, where bakers know that wheat is just one of many gluten-containing grains; it doesn’t have to be in every single loaf of quality bread. :(

I really enjoyed both the almond croissant as well as the partial loaf of bread I picked up. It may not be the best croissant or sourdough loaf in the city but I’d say it’s in the top fiveThat being said, I wasn’t as impressed with the flat white. To me it had a slightly burnt taste to it, serves me right for mostly frequenting those coffee forward places in town

Delicious fresh pastries! The Spinach feta goat cheese scone with fresh americano coffee- a great way to start a sunny day!!!

When this bakery first opened, it was a marvel. The pastries were delicious and the breads varied, yummy and good to freeze. The pandemic hit, and so I'm not sure if the changes that have taken place are a consequence of this or if some "consultant" advised them how to operate. So, not only is this bakery/cafe closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, but bread is only available Thursday through Sunday. So if you want to buy bread, you need to plan in advance. Vancouver deserves a better, more sophisticated approach to the concept of "bakery". I guess selling one or two pastries is more profitable than selling a loaf of bread. Call me dissatisfied. In addition, it's very odd to see staff working in such close quarters where some are masked and others are not. How safe is that?

Nice bakery with a variety of baked goods and a smaller selection of dine in and grocery items. Most of the sweet baked goods I’ve tried have been very nice. Savoury items slightly above average. Friendly service, atmosphere and nice cappuccinos. However, as others have noted, some items like baguettes haven’t been ready first thing in the morning - which can be annoying.

Excellent double baked chocolate croissant. Well setup inside, great decor. I had one of their chicken sandwich which was also tasty. Great neighbourhood bakery. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the baked goods!
