There's a menu on the window which is incredibly helpful for planning ahead. The place is obviously popular and we had to wait for a few customers ordering ahead. They offer a great selection of bubble teas and milk with oat milk being the option. They also have a few chairs inside with about 3 small tables to sit and work on laptops. It's a small place but quite charming. We love what we got.
A true rating of 3.5. It was ok to me - didn't stand out as unique although I do appreciate the usage of organic milk. The pricing therefore seemed ok for what was offered and quality (ranging from $4ish to $7ish dependent on drink). They do offer some unique drinks I've never seen at other bbt spots. The service was mediocre the day I went - seemed to be a lot of confusion amongst staff along with a lot of new trainees, which caused for a longer than expected wait. My purple rice smoothie and organic milk was ok - it was more towards room temperature opposed to cold refreshing.
Pineapple ice tea very good. Being a guy from Richmond,. chattime was my go to place, they set the bar high. But this joint even beat them. Taste is a tad better than Chattime.
First, look for the instructions on how to order - 4 steps.Thai tea was delicious. Milk tea with cheese foam topping was an unusual and delicious combination. Brown sugar milk has no tea but it's liquid comfort food.Really enjoyed this visit.
My new favourite bubble tea shop. I will happily drive down from Burnaby to this new place - definitely worth the hassle! Go here if you want delicious, authentic bubble tea.The bubbles have amazing consistency and texture, they're so fresh! They also let you adjust the sugar and ice levels for some of the drinks which is great.Everything we got from here was awesome. I don't think you can go wrong with anything on their menu. I highly recommend the brown sugar with pearls.
Recommended: being from out of town we wanted to have a special authentic experience of bubble tea. This store has great options. Our teas were very tasty. However, the best part was that the two workers Rachel and Gina let us sit in the store and chat with them. We conversed about Vancouver and its culture. We felt very at ease chatting with them. They are knowledgeable about their products and company. They are friendly and great workers. They were even patient teaching us about how to order and what pairs well. Thank you ladies! We won't forget you.
Hidden gem in the heart of Kits. This non-chain family business serves up lovely handcrafted beverages with amazing boba and taro balls. Friendly and clean.
I ordered a large Thai milk tea and my friend got a medium brown sugar milk tea. Really good but also really sweet, I got 30% sugar and that was enough for me. The tapioca was definitely the best part.
Came here last night, they had really good bbt. I ordered the Brown Sugar Oat, it was delish. I like their pearls, they have a unique flavor.I look forward to being in the neighbourhood soon, I'll definitely come back to visit. Awesome job on my , see you guys then!
Very yummy chewy pearls. Tried the sweet yam bubble tea. Taste was pretty good.
