Ordered a vegetarian sandwich. It came with nothing but pickled radishes and carrots for a cost of $6, which is pathetic. Such pickled radishes cost less than 0.25cents. For a $6 sandwich at least should have vegetarian hams and lettuces. See photo. Such ingredients shouldn't cost this much. The most cheapest ingredients for such price.
The Sub is very delicious especially for what you paid.I wanted to give 5 stars, but I am giving it three stars because they make me wait 20 mins before I am actually able to order. The couples in the front did a huge order of 30 subs or something, and the employees chit chat non-stop while making the sandwiches at snail speed.
I got double charged for something. Went there one afternoon for lunch and their debit machine glitched out. So they asked me to try again. They said they checked to make sure it didn't double charge but it did. Its too far/ too much hassle for me to come to Vancouver for a small over charge. Other than that food was decent, service so so. I haven't been back since.
My personal fav banh mi joint in Vancouver. Not a fan of how other places make super-crispy bread, but this place does it just right. Number 2 Grilled Meat is a go-to. Prices are reasonable compared to competitors.

Second time having Banh mi here. Love how soft their banh mi is. Ordered special, grilled beef and pork. Highly recommend the special and pork but not a big fan of the beef one. Maybe grilled beef just didn’t go well with the banh mi. Not bad though but just not a good combination. Will be back thank you ?
One of the best places for a Ban MI sandwich.Bread is very fresh and nicely toasted.No 14 Vegetarian with stir fried spicy Tofu puffs was so flavourful.Lots of typical Vietnamese toppings.
Very good sandwiches. Lose one star because not organized well for Covid. Sign says only 5 in store at a time. When I was there last two times 8 to 10 standing in store waiting for the orders. Why? They have no number sign on wall that you could see from outside when your order is ready. They don’t come outside to tell you when your order is ready. So, everyone has to wait inside to hear their order number. No options but to crowd the small waiting area!
Been coming here since high school. I love their banh mi. Prices are reasonable for such great baguette. I love it !
Very solid bahn mis but no longer cheap due to inflation and raising minimum wage. A sandwich will run you from $5-$6.75 here with the cheapest being vegetarian and the pricier ones being the tastiest with meat options. Made to order and very fresh. Store takes only cash or debit. Been here multiple times over the years - most recently ordered the grilled pork and shredded chicken. Chicken was better in my opinion because I found the pork to be salty and I was really thirty after so I wonder if they added MSG. Place is good for a quick grab and go bite!
