They no longer have a buffet, so the bottomless brunch options are limited. Service is a little slow, but food was very good.
Alcina met us at our table with a cheery good morning. She continued in a irreplaceable vibrant manner to take our order, bring our food, and check that all was well throughout our meal. We would justify another trip to Vancouver to enjoy another meal with Alcina.
Our main entree took over an hour to arrive; however, the complimentary dessert to help celebrate my anniversary with my husband and daughter made the evening most enjoyable.
We had dinner, late night drinks and breakfast and everything was amazing. Lots of natural light and views of the harbour. The menu was diverse and they easily accommodated any dietary restrictions. We will eat here again!!!!
Disappointing and definitely not worth the price!
This was a most disappointing experience. Iâve dined at ARC many times for business and pleasure so we looked forward to being some friends to the special Pride Brunch event. The demanded we pay for everything at the time of the booking, and then when we arrived, we had a huge line of folks ahead of us. Once seated we waited 20 minutes before finally asking for water and if we had a server. Service was incredibly slow and the food quality was very disappointing. The drag show entertainment was also a disappointment with one performance and an aborted second one. If ARC is going to try and hold these special experiences and charge a big ticket, they best be organized and prepared. This whole experience was a train wreck and a huge disappointment. I have to say itâs great that they want to support Pride and the community, but you have to do way better with service, food quality, etc. And as you had asked everyone to pay when they booked, you knew how many were coming and when and you should have been staffed up and prepared. I love the Fairmont brand and experience but this was so not that.
Our server, Milan, was great, she kept us laughing through the whole Pride Brunch. We, almost, didn't notice when the sound system failed! LoL Your take on an Aperol Spritz is delicious, whoever came up with that recipe deserves a raise. I will come back for the Spritz and your smoked salmon benedict, your hollandaise is great. Thank you for a fun ending to our Pride 2022 Weekend.
I went to Arc for the Pride brunch with Kendall Gender. Unfortunately I was put on a table st the very corner as was barely able to see any performance at all. For $105 I would expect a better experience.
We celebrated our 10th anniversary at the Arc for brunch and it was wonderful. We live out of town and it’s a place that we tend to enjoy annually for very special occasions. The staff is always kind, efficient and accommodating. This weekend, our server was of the highest caliber. She went above and beyond, and we lacked for nothing as she anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. The food came out in a timely manner, with skill and care put into every dish. Starting from sweet to savory, the menu items took us on a palette-pleasing gastronomic journey, pleasing all the senses! It is obvious that this restaurant runs like a tightly run ship, with everyone doing their job well and working together to provide an exceptional experience worthy of continued loyal patronage. Our visit was everything you’d expect in a perfect brunch. Thank you to the whole team for making our special day extraordinary.
My family was having brunch last Sunday (July 31st). Perhaps the restaurant should cancel all you can eat so the food quality can improve. Drinks were good, biscuit was good, salmon benedict was good, granola was okay... All meat were over-cooked and did not taste good at all...
