Great first experience dining at Alouette. The food was spectacular (standout was for sure the beef tartare) and service was impeccable. Guillaume, our server, was extremely attentive and patient with our larger group throughout the evening as well. Thanks for having us tonight!

We dropped in for a late, rare date night in celebration of our 15th Anniversary The service, food and overall experience for us was top notch and exceeded our expectations Wanita made us feel at home and was genuinely happy to serve us and share in the night. Based upon our experience, we will definitely be back.

Lovely spot to visit. Great service and superb food

Was looking forward for this experience since the restaurant looked beautiful in photo. The atmosphere and deco of the restaurant is really nice. However, disappointed with the Foie Gras Mousse which has no taste of Foie Gras but just the taste of cream. The Duck Cassoulet was too salty as well. The lemon that came with the hot water was used before and not even replaced after the hot water refilled. Not sure how long it will be reused.

We have been here a few times. The food very good, the service is excellent and the ambiance is perfect. Looking forward to visiting again.

Lovely location good food and excellent service. Worth a visit. Good value too.

Father’s Day

Best Dinner! Beautiful restaurant and great service! Will be back for sure.

Atmosphere is good, servers are nice and polite. Drinks were good. However, food quality and presentation is probably not one of Alouette’s strengths. Just ok.. nothing exciting and not worth the price in my opinion. Cuisine is sort of confusing. I know it’s supposed to be French, but it’s certainly not French, it’s not American.. somewhere in the middle sometimes with a debatably weird take on flavours like adding corn to fish to a level that you just taste corn - dessert on the other hand was great. Overall, I think for the same price or lower one could have much better choices in Downtown Vancouver. Will I go back? Maybe for dessert. Would I recommend it? No not really.

Very good food in a nice setting. Unfortunately there is no lunch menu anymore, so your meal might be a bit ‘heavier.
