Go somewhere else... They charge $11+ for a small wrap, there was more pita than fillings. Not worth the money as is, super cheap on the toppings, and they still upcharge you for tzatziki and others. The meat was SO salty it was almost inedible. You're better off going to a chain, way overpriced. Likely because of location. People aren't even pleasant, there was no thank you, have a nice day, nothing... Just handed me my food and turned around. ???‍♀️

This place is amazing I have been to many donair restaurants but this one by far is the best one. Many of them are a bit stingy with the beef but not this one, not only that the price is reasonable as well and you get to choose a delicious side dish as well. Their customer service is great as well, but man their food is amazing. We always enjoy their food on the beach. Just get your wrap and go to the beach and enjoy:)

Unfortunately...not good.I was craving for shawarma wrap and Al Basha was on our bike ride to the beach.I ordered 1 chicken & 1 beef. Both tasteless not even salt added. And.... to make it even worse chicken wrap had thick black hair in it..... ?

Best donair I’ve had in the city to date. Incredible food and you be hard pressed to find a better staff - they all seem so sincere and kind. Love every experience so far!

Would come back again. Got the lamb platter and chicken wrap. Both meats were great. Chicken wasn't dry. Platter had really good rice and was pretty filling for me. The food wasn't super greasy and I didn't feel terrible after.

One of the best falafel wraps I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend. The staff was so friendly and welcoming.

Between Walnut & Cypress on Cornwall in Kits there is a diversity of cuisines. Al Basha offers Middle Eastern on this diverse strip. Moltan, is two doors away, serving great Japanese food at good prices, always fresh, and one away is Panne Rizo offering good gluten-free food. All are popular places. Al Basha has tables for dine- in but also does a lot of counter ordered take outs. All good. Its falafel, shawarma and donair offerings are just under 10$ and platters in the 15$ range. It is open all days of the week from 11am to 10pm. Posted by S Fuller

So very disappointed! This used to be our go to restaurant but twice now we have gone in and the cooks/assemblers we’re not wearing masks. The first time is was when masks were not mandatory but still, most people, especially in the food industry, were still honouring the recommendation. Tonight, we went in again and the guy was not wearing a mask!! How is this acceptable?!? We are now boycotting Al Basha.

One of the best shawarmas I’ve had. Friendly staff, large portions, highly recommend!

Hidden gem! Very authentic and traditional. Definitely one of the best places in the city for falafels and shawarma !
