The service here is better than all the other A&W's. It was amazing. The Lettuce in my buger was huge. Very impressed.
Ordered chubby chicken burger combo and a wrap. Patty was super thin, drink was only half filled, didn't offer any ketchup, my wrap wasn't in the bag and the cashier thought that was everything for my order. Worst A&W I've ever been to.
Standining is another experience haha, it's just same as other A&W, busy district location and good service.
Walked into the Main Skytrain station A&W and waited 10 minutes before one of the four staff milling about in the back generously took time from their busy schedule to take my order. In the meantime I was treated to the sight of two junkies looking like a pile of discarded dirty rags, shoes kicked off passed out on the floor. I asked the guy who finally took my order if he was aware of this situation and he said they had been there sleeping for 2 OR 3 HOURS!!!Seriously, A&W needs to review and go over the franchise contract with these vendors and point out the sections about customer service and maintaining a clean safe environment for their guests. Their PAYING guests, who aren't whacked out on herion with their pants pulled down to their knees sitting on the floor in filthy underwear. GROSS GROSS GROSS!!!
Onion rings were covered in oil and soggy. Oil tasted old.
I love this place. For fast food they have always been my favorite. Like I said before it's only a few dollars more than McDonalds or any other fast food chains but you get what you pay for.
Just dined at AW at this location (25 feb 7pm).Excellent service, clean and courteous.The go to fast food within the block since this city block has deteriorated due to covid or drugs.The tall gentleman was the best asset I experienced in the 6 hours that I was stuck waiting for transportation.
I ordered a beyond meat burger and onion rings on Uber eats from this location and it was terrible. The burger was missing almost everything I wanted on it and I’m 95% certain in was a meat patty. The onion rings were cold (which I won’t fully blame them for cause my order took forever to get to me) but they were so salty I couldn’t continue eating them. Highly, highly disappointed.
I don't like this A&W, heard of to many shady thing's that happen here and last time that I ordered food from here it tasted like a men's sweaty gym shirt. Was so gross, I don't even really want to give them any star's
This outlet is open 24 hours. Easy access from skytrain and main street. It's right beneath Science World Main Street Station.
