Love A&W. Always an OK experience at this location. Burgers come out messy but come out right (nothing missing nor overcharged). Staff is friendly. Taste of food is better at other locations.

Already happened to me twice, waited for my food for one hour. But when the food arrived at our house. The food is cold, fries is soggy, and the patty is hard. Need to reheat them cause I don’t want to waste my food and money. Already ask for refund but unfortunately they can’t give me refund. I’m not gonna order in this location again.
Gave me a burger so old it was black and they changed it when i complained. They can cause illness should be checked by health Canada for compilance.with standards. It is buyer beware. Will follow up.
Tried the new Jalapeño Lime burger… not sure if it’s supposed to be drier than a desert (almost no sauce) or if they just don’t want to spend any money on sauce.
Service was okay. I had to reveiw my order a couple of times though. English wasnnot her first language so it was harder for her to understand.The ketchup dispenser looked a litty clogged up as well and tables were a bit dirty.But they are located in a smaller location with heavy traffic due to transit pedestrians
No proper cleaning. Tables aren’t even sanitized and food is spread on the floor. Came here with a lot of hopes to eat good but everything got messed up.
They have started to charge for bag and cups when you order... So A&W has lost my business. So to the lady that was taking my order and I did apologize to, I apologize again. I know it is not your fault. You are doing an awesome job,
It was ok. At first the manager refused to allow my wife access to the bathroom but even though he was dealing with customers he allowed my wife to use the bathroom and because of an accident I has to go but my wife a new pair of pants. I informed the manager and he was very accommodating.
Only giving a 1 star due to the fact that we are in a pandemic and the staff DOESN’T USE GLOVES when preparing the food! Even before the pandemic they never did and I watched a customer walk out for this reason. I’ve seen them take out garbage then come back and prepare food 2 seconds later. Will not risk getting Covid from this dirty place.
