Havnt eaten for nearly 20 yrs. It is nice still have something warm during 10pm. Put the glass jar in the freeze to serve drink is the smartest idea
The burgers were excellent. The vegetables were fresh. The sweet yam fries and onion rings were well seasoned and crispy. Unfortunately the teen burger is no longer 3.99$.
I have been to this A&W store few times when going for grocery shopping at No Frills. Their coffee is very good. My favourites are teen , mama, buddy burgers & yam fries. I tried the beyond meat jalapeño cheddar burger this time priced at ~8$. The taste of the beyond meat patty was very average & I found it very expensive.
Despite friendly staff and generally clean facilities, simple mistakes while making food means I don’t recommend eating here, especially if you have any allergies.I requested a burger without an ingredient, and checked both on ordering and on receiving the burger that it had been left off. I didn’t mention that the reason for excluding it was anaphylactic allergy. Staff confirmed both times that the ingredient had been left off. I didn’t open it up and check it in front of them, although in hindsight I should have. I take responsibility for not disclosing the allergy. I believe a request to leave off an ingredient, followed by a second verification that it had been excluded should have been sufficient to ensure it was done.After travelling approximately 25 minutes away, I opened the bag/box to discover a small amount of allergen on the side of the burger. I opened the burger fully and discovered that it was covering the bun and burger. My spouse tasted it to confirm the ingredient/allergen was present, and that it wasn’t a different ingredient. It’s not a stretch to say that if I hadn’t noticed the small amount on the side of bun, taking a bite could have been a life-threatening mistake.After being incredibly hungry and tired and at the end of a long day, looking forward to eating this burger ended very poorly. Although the staff are polite and the store seems clean, I cannot recommend eating here.
This a&w can't get an order right (language barrier) and never seasons its burgers.Everything I have had is bland and not representative to what some other a&w locations are like.If your in the area looking for a quick lunch, definitely go to the freshslice half a block awayJust made my last and final order at this location.

I love the food and i always bring my friends with me to eat there and the staff is so nice and they respect us greatly and love there behaviour and attitude toward there customers best service.
