The dine in area was completely dirty, floor and none of the tables were wiped or cleared off of food scrap completely.Food quality was good expected from A&WBetter to take out, but they charge bags for $0.15 now
Had uncle burger meal here. Good fries, burger was juicy and flavourful. Live their dine in mug - keeping the drink cold.
I got a coffee crisp turnover to go. Charged 1.88. got home and it was an apple turnover! This has happened to me three times! So angry!
They charged me $0.15 cents for bag. When I asked the cashier where is the bag that she charged me, she can't even answer. She said Vancouver is charging for bags now, but there is no bag I said. She doesn't even know how to answer...customers beware and look at your receipts...attached is the photo of their paperbags. Is that worth $0.15 cents now?
This location very Very Dirty.The People Staff only do the work inside the Kitchen. Even the walk-in customer to lineup to order. They see it however never never coming out. May be they are well trained the Apps or E. Order.Ha Ha
Friendly staff, got the order perfectly right the first time, and they have a ton of vegan & sustainable options (including their onion rings, beyond burgers, and fries).
I was in Vancouver for a medical procedure and was staying at the Holiday Inn on Broadway. During an afternoon walk, I noted that this A&W was located about half a block from the hotel main entrance so one night, I went over for a quick burger to take back to my room. It's not a big spot, obviously designed for take-out but with some seating. My food was ready quickly and when I got to my room I discovered no ketchup for my fries and no napkins. If these were self-serve, I missed that. Otherwise, the food was delicious as you would expect from this quality franchise.
Convenient location, often not busy when I visit.
Coffee at this time beat the price of Coffee to all, not a few, bull all Coffees joints. It is only 1.00$ + tax . No charge for the cups. Limited time and perhaps not all locations? Shame on Mcdonald!!!
Might want to change your Open time to 7:10...Pretty consistent. Wish I could roll into work 10 min every day
