Made better dim sum than most of the Chinese Restaurants.

great customer service, friendly, alots of variety choices of frozen food

I usually don’t write Google reviews at all because I haven’t really found a place that is consistently good and delicious. Many restaurants seem to go downhill after it gets famous, as they start to cut corners. However, I have been ordering from 852 Kitchen since last year due to the pandemic, and I believe that it warrants a 5-star review. At first, I was somewhat skeptical about frozen dim sum, but they blew me away with high-quality products. It’s actually better than many well-known Chinese restaurants that tend to use so much MSG and make people super thirsty afterwards. Then, I got curious and started ordering their frozen dishes (equally impressive as well). I love the convenience that I can just steam the dim sum anytime I want (even in the early mornings when restaurants aren’t even open yet) and easily heat up the frozen dishes for dinner on busy days. Their delivery service is top-notched and accommodating. Within the past year, I have tried many of their items, and I am so happy that they always have something new every week, so I don’t get bored of ordering the same things over and over again. Keep up the good work, 852!

While I still enjoy having dim sum with friends in Chinese restaurants, 852 Kitchen has satisfied my family's need of having dim sum anytime at home. It also allows me to tailor the portion and variety mix according to my family's appetite from time to time.

I saw many people posting this shop for a while on Facebook and they are highly recommended, therefore I would try for myself. It’s easy to setup an account and I order few items just to try, my wife said she wants some lamb stew with tofu skin because she likes the tofu skin.Other things that I ordered are turnip cake, dim sum combo, beef tendon & fish maw, because my birthday is in January, they also have a promotion code for a free gift (birthday bun). They provide delivery over certain amount, the delivery charges is around $5 to $10 depending on location. I choose to pick up myself because it’s not too far from my place. The food is mostly frozen except the turnip cake, the price is also very reasonable. The next morning I pan fry the turnip cake, the ingredients have dried shrimps & dried scallops, the consistency of the cake is good for cutting and pan frying, it is so delicious. At night, we just heat up the lamb stew, easy to cook and we put more tofu skin and some lettuce in, the taste is wonderful, the only downside is not much lamb pieces. Will try the rest in a few days.Overall it is a very good place to buy so much good food, for sure will comeback very often.

So Yummy! High quality authentic dim sum! Best for home sick! Will definitely order again! Very good delivery service, too!

Tried a few items and not everything was to my liking. But prices are good and you can have it whenever you want. My favorites are the baked tapioca pudding, auntie's dumplings, superior sauce tripe and tendon, chickens feet to name a few.

Nice store that sells a variety of frozen dim sum, Chinese dishes, desserts and more. Quality is good and staff is very helpful and friendly.

Whether it is staff, service or food quality, only one word to describe - wonderful

Great option for having dim sum at home!Highly recommend the lotus glutinous rice wrap and mushroom chicken pie.
