Absolutely awful experience! I was planning to attend the meetup happening at this location and they locked the door during the business hours. And they said “we are full and we are not letting anyone in now!!” I can’t imagine locking the door during the business hour and not letting someone in who are attending the event happening.” I am not sure if they actually want to do business here.
This place is such a sweet spot with great energy and vibes for anyone who would like to study, work, chill with their friends and even explore signature food and bakery! Very friendly staff and I always have fun interacting with them.Honestly, it is easily my favorite spot to work in the West End. The music choice is great and the seating areas are perfect for doing arduous work. I have been very productive working here and managed to get a 10 page document completed in few hours! I also would love to invite friends over and we would surely have an amazing unique time together! Give this place a try and you will come out of it very satisfied! ?

Absolutely love this place. The food is delicious! My fave is the taipei fog! Any one of the desserts will make your day. The staff are so kind. Thank you for staying open during Covid and making my day !
Great vibe/decor. The food here is always on point. The basil popcorn chicken is ?. Dangerous place if you like sweets cause the cakes and drinks are so sooooo good. Staff are friendly, seems family-run which is always a plus.
This is one of the best spots to eat in the west end. I've been coming to this cafe for nearly 3 years and the food has always been excellent. The staff are always welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend.
I usually dont leave review. However, this is really alarming to me so I decided to leave review hoping people wont get tricked again. Be extremely careful when you order something to make sure they dont overcharge you. It happened to me today that the waitress forgot to input the order of fried tofu but the bill ended up with it charged. The most rediculous thing was that the waitress said the order is already in and cannot be removed. So we were forced to buy the fried tofu even though we already are full and ready to leave the restraurant. And also we were forced to pay the tips.

Nice Taiwanese cafe at English bay, must try their crispy chicken, yummy! Their signature dish also including noodles and fried tofu, all very tasty. Good place to enjoy a cup of coffee and some chinese food. Plus, their deserts are also ?
Extremely awful service. The staff with short hair and glasses demands you to pay tips with horrible service. When I got to the restaurant, she told me that the cake has been left on the counter for a long time as she blames me for ordering it too early. What a joke. One might wonder why couldn't she keep the cake in the fridge? This woman later said "it's winter time, I guess it's ok to leave that cake out inside the store." It was my first time visiting this store and will definately NOT return again.
