Interesting food stall for filipino fare.Smoked Salmon Palabok was good. Never tried before so not sure how it compares, but definitely worth a try. No/very limited seating so best for take out.
Great food, great service! Especially lumpiang shanghai & chicken inasal. And most of all an amazing owner… super accommodating & nice. We’ll definitely see you again

Too expensive for filipino food.the quality just ok
I'm very choosy in terms of food and its flavours. I would always like to venture on foods that has unique flavor or ones that I have not tasted before. Then a friend of mine suggested "kaleskes" which I heard for the first time and sounds unusual. Once I had a my first spoonful, my taste buds perked up with the bursting flavour penetrating giving me a feel of satisfaction. It's spicy, savory, like a fusion of Sinaglaw and Papaitan. It is a perfect comfort food during cold weather and after drinking spree on the weekend. If you're looking for unique regional Filipino foods on top of the traditional ones, Zugba is certainly the place to go. You'll be surprised the number of menus they have in a very small place inside Henlong Market, more menus than the other Filipino restaurants.
Not sure how people say the service is good here. Every time I come for grocery’s in the store there is never anyone greeting people and once again I finally tried for the first time and I was standing there in the front and no one wanted to say hello, that’s pretty bad. But still stayed, I finally got my order cuz I had to say I wanted to order. will update you how it was as of food but they shouldn’t be that bad cuz it’s the basics of Filipino breakfast (Tacino + longonisa). So I tried it, it’s good, the sauce to dip was a vinegar packet of vinegar rather than a custom style vinegar that Filipinos usually make. The meats were what I expected so can’t go wrong with that. They just need to be more aware that there were customers at the front waiting. I know it’s hard right now because of the pendemic but to have people waiting then walking away because they weren’t encouraged to order exspecialy when there’s was nobody at the front greeting. I’ll be thinking again to come back but even before COVID it’s was like this so indeed needs improvement.
Food is decent. Servings for the price could be more, making this place on the pricy side.
Food was great!service was awesome . At first I was little hesitant if the food would be enough for a big family . Portion looks small but man! 2 kamayan kit fed 11 people and had food to sent out . Definitely recommend them. Our family enjoyed the set up as well ! KUDOSVanessa F
Lechon belly! My favorite food at my favorite Filipino restaurant in the Lower mainland. Definitely a hidden gem tucked inside Hen Long supermarket. Service is quick and personal, in the familiar, warm Pinoy kind of way. Other dishes I come back for: Pancit Malabon and any of the _silogs. Though I'm sure there's lots more on the menu. Definitely five stars!
I love there food and service. Their butter chicken is better than most Indian restaurants. Their spaghetti is unique and delicious to the point I'll even get two. Their chicken is top quality and I prefer them over other places.
