There was a missing item from our take out order. Dropped at home called to explain while driving back. Got to the door prepared to pay for the missing item NOPE !! Sorry we’re closed 5 min past closing. They asked to see the order …, sorry it’s at home . “Can you just prepare the item and we’ll pay extra ?” NOPE ?? sorry we’re closed. THATS IT ! Zero offer to make things right. Customer service NON EXISTENT.
First time ordering from this restaurant.We ordered a chicken teriyaki bento box and some rolls.The chicken teriyaki was really hard and cold, it tasted like food from two days ago. Also, we kept on wondering why the California rolls tasted weird. Then I realized that the imitation crab meat is mixed with rice, I haven't seen it like that before. We are not very picky with sushi but this is just below expectation. Would not go there again.

We had an impromptu family lunch and when I called with a large order for pickup they didnt hesitate. They were quick in preparing the order. The prices were very affordable for 4 people and they even gave us bonus miso soups we didn't order. The inside was quaint, while the food was Japan-quality. Just what I needed after 2 years away from the West Coast.If you're looking for fresh, authentic sushi and Japanese Cuisine I highly recommend this spot!
Place best for cheap sushi. First time here and their special rolls are unique and very tasty! Tried the Crispy Salmon roll that our kind server Jessica recommended and it was one that I will definitely come back again to eat. Very popular place as all tables were taken up by 5pm so better come early!

This is probably one of my go-to sushi restaurants in Surrey. The sushi and sashimi here are always super solid and the prices are very good. They even have a decent selection of Korean food (I often hear the staff speaking Korean), so if I'm in the mood for a more traditional dish, I end up here and get my craving satisfied. Based on reviews for other sushi places in the area, this is probably one of the better spots too.
Does this look like a seafood udon? There is literally 3 middle pieces and look what I found in it!! Disgusting this soup cost 14$ and this is what they served! I called the restaurant for refund and they did not give a refund instead the server said “sorry I am not the chef”Update:This was the only “mussels” they had in the bowl. So grosss this is NOT SAFE TO EAT!!
We ordered from Yoko Sushi for the first time last night after our initial order from a different restaurant was paid for and no one was there when we went to pick it up. We were in a bit of a panic as the order was for a birthday party! I phoned Yoko Sushi to confirm they were open & ordered from them. The call taker was so calm & patient. The sushi & tempera was delicious and the price was even cheaper than the first place we ordered. We will definitely be ordering from them in the future.
Yoko Sushi is one of the best quality sushi restaurants in the Fleetwood area. The customer service is good and the workers are very accommodating. The pricing is decent and the food is worth it.
Sushi rolls and miso soup was good. But the Ramen was terrible - instant noodles with a few veggies in a broth...i could do a better job at home. Wasted $10 on the ramen.
