Always find the food well prepared. Staff is friendly, and was not to busy. Have reduced menu now. Many popular items have been remove, and many new items in the burger section. No more CHICKEN PIE, on the menu, so sad??? to see it no longer on the menu. Was item many enjoyed. My server today was not very friendly, needs to show smile more. Maybe having a bad day. Overall, was a good visit today.??
Milkshake is AMAZING! So delicious, and the $10 humboldt squid during Appy Hour is tender and delicious. I got the chicken and mushroom fettuccine pasta, wasn’t too bad, although the mushrooms were virtually nonexistent. The chicken’s charred outside was delicious but the inside was a little bit on the dry side of things. The garlic bread was yummy. Overall on a quiet Wednesday night, not too bad
Ordered delivery a while ago and the company (not white spot) mixed up orders and delivered the wrong things.White Spot not only told me to enjoy the wrong order, but immediately remade my original order and the manager delivered it within 20 minutes to my door, fresh and hot!And guess what? Inside was a coupon for a free burger...Ive ordered from here a few times since and even got a free desert once!!!Really love this place. They know how to do business.Thank you.Regular for life!
Amazing resteraunt in a good location. Their gluten free burgers are incredible, possibly the best I've ever had. And if you specify for an allergy, they make your order seperate from everything else in the kitchen.
Would recommend this place to everyone, had one of the best customers experience ever and the food was really good. We came here for the first time and the server Marion gave us the best service we have ever seen in a restaurant.
Sat down and restaurant wasn't too busy - way past lunch time. Sat down right behind the waterfall wall, and felt like we blended into the wall. After 20 minutes with no service, we walked out. Perhaps some clear directions as to who is servicing tables would be good. Dont plan on visiting this location again.
My parents and I had a lovely brunch here for my Dad's birthday. The staff is very friendly and accommodating (my parents have some dietary restrictions). The atmosphere is relaxed. The place is very clean and well-maintained. There's lots of space and seating so meals are never rushed.
It’s an amazing restaurant! The burgers taste delicious, and so does the fish and chips, all for a pretty reasonable pricing too! A little bit of a long wait, but I’d say it was worth it!
Seafood fettuccine was loads of wide noodles with thick cheese melted on top. I had to dig to find the tiny pieces of Seafood.My husband's chicken wings were unappealing to look at and were very dry. Yuk! We weren't charged for the fettuccine.And it took FOREVER to get our meal even though the restaurant wasn't busy.We will never return.
Today I am very disappointed with the service I received from white spot today. Tracy said I will be back in 2 min. She went over 15 minutes and finally she came back and said what can I get for you with a big smile !!! Really? What kind of a service white spot has nowadays?!!! Few tables already are upset and they are looking at us and complaining about the same issue. Sunday 10:55 am no servers? It’s 11:47and we still have no food on the table !!!
