If i could take away the 1 star i would. I order from here a few times a week. So the quality is never off. But the last 2 weeks its been careless to a fault. I always write the same thing as im severely allergic to tomato and ketchup. And i only eat basic foods. This was the second time this week the sandwich came loaded with tomato and a red sauce not sure what it is. Me and my 2 kids have severe food allergies. I'm 37 i can open something and check first but my 5 year olds bite first. If they were with me who is responsible for negligence? I don't want a dumb apology or a automated message. This is lives the carelessness could have impacted. I wouldn't have written this but im so livid and the Skip the dishes girl basically told me I could get a credit. I asked what if i would have bitten the sandwich she says, "Well, sir i can offer you a $5 Credit". No one wants the money just be careful ordering from here. I will not again. How can I? A person is most vulnerable when they eat out because they trust the people they are paying to handle their food with care. Not such negligence that could have led to something else tonight.
Gotta admit although it was close to closing time when we went in... our server was awesome!!! She had a great attitude and attended to us as if we were regulars!! The food was on point and my 10 yr son even noticed the great service and made comment ...(compared to the last time)
I have to say I was blown away with the service of the manager Matthew.We ordered take out & they forgot the clam chowder.Matthew personally drove the soup to our house & gave us a coupon for free burger. I am amazed at the customer service.
Visited today for a late lunch. Being Easter Monday, it was actually really busy, even mid-afternoon. We didn't have to wait too long for a table though. Our server was quick and efficient, always made sure we had drinks, and that the kids were happy. Food, as always, was excellent! I think the Zoo Sticks tasted better here, compared to other locations ? Kids loved the Dino Pirate Packs!
My word…I felt so guilty imposing on the staff here by coming in for a meal. Slow service, mediocre meal…I commented on how dry the grilled chicken was on the salad and was told “I’ll speak to the cook”…that was the end of it…nothing back from “the cook”. It’s not the server’s fault…they don’t know what good service is because it hasn’t been trained. Best burgers in the world or they’d never see me again.
I order from uber today...is that real regularly portion?looks not a regular . I think
Service was great. Good was great- bolognaise was great. Zucchini sticks and calamari was better than other white spot venues I've been to. Made an evening out very special.
Good food but no one there seems to be able to take directions or even read a simple note. I’m really gonna enjoy my hot wings without my extra dip I specially asked for, NOT (RANCH AND HOT SAUCE) btw also paid extra for. And no dressing for my Cesar salad. Throughly disappointed, that’s all I have to say.. smh. [update] still thinking about the disappointment days later, notice no response from management. Absolute garbage.
Food was good but the service sucked. Our server Jackie did not check on us. Brought us the food, didn’t ask us how the food was tasting or never asked if we wanted more drinks or refills. I had to go to the front desk and ask for our bill where the host had to bring us the bill.
It was very good. We were there at around 5 pm on Saturday. It wasn't busy at all. Has been over two years since we were at this location, due COVID-19 restriction that were in place. White spot didn't disappoint, meal were great, but many of the favorites no longer on the menu such as CHICKEN POT PIE, pies now served as tart pie instead a slice piece. Menu has changed and is someone limited now. I also believe many locations now franchise owned , and no longer UNION White Spots, from our waiters comment.
