Excited to try out their new breakfast menu. Just found a bunch of egg shells in my breakfast sandwich near the end which ruined my experience. The coffees taste a little burnt/bitter too. I got a large with 2 cream 1 sugar.

We had a nice experience there. Both cheeseburger meals were presented as they will ordered, very friendly manager.

Worst service ever! I used Mobil order 6:35 for pick up when I got there was not done and I have to waiting for it till 20min later still not done they were just busy on other things . That manager was so rude didn’t care her customer only told me they short people so I deserve waiting for 0ver 30min?! Until 7:02 thanks god I finally got my order!

I arrived during the rain and went to go inside and the wheelchair button didn't work so I had to fight with the doors and slipped. Food I ordered was great. Staff were polite and helpful. Nice crew they all had huge smiles.

Slow as molasses going through drive thru. Debit machine wasn't working, so they are only accepting cash. But we were stuck in the drive thru line already. They need to put up a sign before cars even get into the line. That would be incredibly helpful.

If there was an option for 0 star it would be more suitable. From the instant we gave our order over drive thru to picking it up was a nightmare! The lady on the intercom was impatient and rude, she cut off our order and told us to drive thru to the window to complete it .We noticed the staff rushing inside however we were the only vehicle in the drive thru. I had yet to complete my order which was a small frosty . The lady barely even looked at me and gave the order to the passenger at the back instead of myself. The lady then closed the window on us without completing our order so we waited , mind you this was the manager being rude ! An employee came by the window and we tried to ask her for our drink and she closed the window on our face abruptly again ! We were in shock how rude they were ! You wouldn’t think we were in a westernized country where you had rights . We were treated like 2 nd class citizens . Finally manager came to the window to give my niece the drink , it was a small and she had ordered a large not a small . She said no when we asked her to correct it bc order was wrong and she was angry , she scolded us and said she already made a small and that’s it . I told her my niece ordered a large and she should get what she ordered as she is a paying customer. She then told off my teenage niece , I immediately told her not to disrespect my niece because she’s a child. Why did she have to yell at my niece bc she ordered a large coke and wanted it but this lady mistakenly gave a small drink n wanted my niece to take it bc she already made it and didn’t have time to go get the correct one she had ordered. Are you kidding me ? How hard is it to press the button and change the cup size ? She s not making a meal just pouring drink ! She was furious and closed the window without any apologies or acknowledgement. You could see her attitude through the window . She finally gave us the correct drink and literally threw it at my niece . This was the manager setting a terrible example for her staff and the Wendy s franchise . Terrible location, extremely rude staff!! Zero customer service and utterly disrespectful and to top it off maltreatment of children . Wow !! I never knew this still happens . Never go to this location !! I should have read the previous reviews but now I know they’re 100% correct about the tragic non existence of respect and customer service .

I always come here because its right by Guilford mall and for some reason Wendy's baconator seems to suit my stomach alot better when compared to all the other fast food joints, maybe they really do use fresh beef and btw I have a very sensitive digestive system.Thank you to the friendly staff at this location!

I was the only one there and they still managed to get my order wrong.Ordered a Baconator, not even sure what I got, and found out too late when I got home.The food was great, but a whole team of staff members does not make one brain.

Went through drive through since we were going to take our food home to eat. First off ordering via the speaker is a nightmare, they cant hear you properly. I asked for a classic asiago combo with no tomato and add pickles, a large strawberry lemonade and a large fry and 2 Junior bacon cheese burgers with only ketchup, mayo, cheese and bacon. It was so frustrating trying to order and she kept cutting me off that I forgot to order frostys which I was able to ask for at the window after.I got my strawberry lemonade with half a drop of strawberry syrup and all seeds in it and had to send it back and tell her it should be pink not yellow. When we got home (5 mins away) took out our food the large fry was half filled and cold, the cheese burgers were okay but I took one bite of the chicken burger and it was ssooo stale, dried out and not edible. This thing had to be sitting under a warmer for at least 30-60mins to be this dried out. There were also no pickles added to it at all. The bacon was cooked perfectly at least so I was able to eat that.Extremely disappointed visit today! We've been here a few times with no issues but I can see why they have so many bad reviews, drive through really needs to improve their service.

The worst drive thru experience in my entire life. The speaker is so far away you’ll have to blow your vocal cords to even have a chance of them hearing you, even if they do hear you they won’t understand and will jump to conclusions on your order. I said a Dave’s triple and she immediately puts it as a combo instead of asking first. I will never go to this location ever again and neither should you.
