The iced lavender latte with alternative milk is great here but they only had it in July :( Today someone here said to charge an extra $ for the kind of milk that is reasonably priced in grocery which unfortunately made the drink way too overpriced so hopefully something can improve here in the future
Like the Coffee and Baked goods, (a lil pricy though) but one of the female employees is always very Rude and they never have tissues(or they never offer).
I ordered chai tea latte, honestly this was my first and the last order from waves. Such a bad and strong taste of tea latte. It wasn’t tea latte. Sorry for this review but the taste wasn’t worth paying $7.50 at all.Thanks
Came in with the family on a rainy day. Ordered a caramel macchiato and a cranberry blueberry scone. Jessica took our order and her customer service was on point. Coffee was delicious best one I had all day. Scone was yummy too. Environment was great. We each waited for our coffee and tea but I knew that the wait was worth it because we could tell each coffee and tea was made with care. You can def taste. Would recommend and love to come back. I heard this place under a new management recently and ever since then it’s been a great experience. I went today and got served by a male barista that seemed to work by himself. I didn’t get his name but he was awesome! He took our order quickly, I ordered chai tea and my friend ordered matcha latte. Then he brought our orders to the table. I noticed he worked really hard and efficiently and even said good bye and thank you when we left. I will come back here for sure in the future!
Lovely, calm spot with a great variety of vegan and nondairy options. The lavender latte was so good! The barista Jessica was very friendly and served our family bilingually in Spanish and English. I definitely recommend it as a place to unwind and chill out.
They don't value their customers and they are not good at keeping their promises. I went to collect rewards I had won (a cheesecake slice and a latte). They refused saying their scanner was stolen. Really??? Scanner stolen? This is the best excuse you could come up with? And if it's stolen still you could have served me if you desired to.Also in past my experience was not pleasant. No wonder I never see much people in there.They are never getting my business again until they show much improvement.
Ordered Carmel macchiato. It was so good. Jessica provides a fabulous service.

They offer really good taste teas , if u are a tea lover they have nice Japanese tea collection.Nice place to have sip of coffee and tea with peaceful site.Also, the staff is quite nice and helpful
