Love the pizza and I’ve gotten it often, but today my 5 year old son got a 2nd degree burn on his chin and a minor one on his chest even after waiting a few minutes when we got the pizza in he store. He was screaming and crying in pain and it started blistering almost right away. They had a first aid kit, but absolutely no band-aids or ice we could put on it (they did have a cool pack, but they had to put it in the freezer first so we just used the cooled pop can we purchased). Being a pizza place with workers and customers, they should be better equipped to deal with first aid issues or burns.
This is my favourite pizza. We get it for staff lunches so I have tried a lot of their selections and they are all delicious. The pizzas arrive hot and fresh and they always follow any extra instructions perfectly (no sesame seeds, extra mushrooms, etc). The staff at multiple locations have always been polite.
Heard too many great things about uncle Fatih's pizza so was so excited to try. We ordered large Beef and blue cheese. We were very disappointed in this pizza. Is uncle Fatih pizza supposed to be no cheese, no sauce, and barely any meat? Pizza with no and barely any topping is not pizza for me. Also this large pizza was good enough for only 2 people that are not that hungry. Better to go to a cheap no name place, I can guarantee that the pizza will be more filling. The cashier, couldn't understand anything she said (June 26). What a RIP off
The pizza I tried during my visit to Vancouver Surrey was delicious and the employees were so friendly and helpful. Thank you for the delicious pizza and the friendly service. I will definitely come back on my next visit. I recommend it to everyone
The girls that work at this location lack communication skills. No greeting customers or even a simple smile. I nicely provided some feedback about labeling the pizzas so customers can differentiate & place order seamlessly. Fair request, right? All the girl could do was give me a forced tightlipped smiled while beneath it you could tell she was clearly enraged. I don't appreciate the awkward vibes the employees put out. This was my 1st time visiting & probably my last. The pizza itself was not bad but I cannot emphasize enough about how important it is to have nice friendly easy going employees.
The only reason I'm not leaving 1 star is because I love uncle fatihs as a chain and want the business to keep doing well even if this location is garbage. I have ordered from her numerous times both for pick up and delivery and it is always a terrible experience. Delivery takes ages. You will be waiting 2 or more hours for your delivery. With both pick up and delivery I've found they don't know how to cut their pizza properly and it is always cut in to mismatched sizes and the crust is never cut fully through. Also the toppings are thrown on the pizza with no care at all. There is barely any cheese on the pizza too. This is by far the most disappointing location out of all of them. I have no idea how they stay in business serving food to paying customers like this. I thought maybe it was just a one time thing but it has now been four seperate occasions where I get the same quality. Stay away from this location unless you have no other choice and you just want a quick slice at lunch. Embarrassingly bad.Edit: upped my review to 4 stars. It seems someone's been listening at this location because I've noticed the quality improving.
First time, Last time.Pizza was excellent. Quality product, no complaints about food, if you want a great pizza, you'll get one.The problem started while waiting for my order. I witnessed 3 separate people walk in and order, one of them even ate inside. Afterwards, they each asked where the washrooms were, two of them were lied to, and told that the resteraunt didn't have washrooms. Which is a lie, illegal if true, and just plain disrespectful to those two asking. The third who ate inside was just told "we don't offer them to customers. It's something we've never done."After my order was ready I asked to speak with the manager, about the disrespectful behavior from staff, who informed me, "she cannot make decisions". At which I said, "Oh, sorry, I had asked for the manager" to which she replied "yeah that's me!" Like it was some kind of sick joke. When I followed up by letting her know it was the reason I wouldn't be back, she had the nerve to tell me, that it "wouldn't effect her". She's probably correct, little picture. But hopefully whoever the real manager of these places is, who's job depends on the staff serving customers instead of denying them services, wakes up and sees the collateral damage.A visit from a health inspector over no wash space or place to clean your hands in a foodservice establishment will probably open eyes too.
First of all I've been having the same order every time from this place one medium three cheese and a medium mixed veggie and they never disappoint me. I've been coming over this place for more than a year now and I've tried almost all of em and they are so good with lots of toppings. Also, there is a new cashier that i have been seeing their for over a month now maybe, she is a brown girl and I'm pretty sure her name is jashan(the eyeliner girl), i must say the way she do customer service is so professional and elegant. She always nicely dressed in uniform and is absolutely polite. I've also seen other cashiers calling her if there is any issue and she seem to handle everything so amazingly. I would love to see other cashiers to work the way she works :)☺️
I always used to have really good experience with this place. A white guy Vito used to make my pizza ,looks like manager ,very professional but this time,I faced a brown girl whose name starts with M, have very poor communication skills,I have to tell her several times that I am here for pick up ,she acts like she couldn’t understand.There was another customer who has to tell her twice that what I am here for but Not only this, I ordered by app which is showing pick up time 9.07 pm and I end up waiting and picking pizza at 9.22 pm,really disappointed this time,missed my bus. Waited another 20 mints for next bus. Didn’t expected this kind of service from uncle faith !I am even giving 2 stars because of my previous good experiences.
The best service I have ever seen hands down!!! The woman that served was so polite and friendly ! Wow outstanding service !!! Pizza tasted great ! I think her name was Ozzy she was fabulous !!! I recommend this place for great Pizza and service!!
