Good food, nice staff but the few times we have gone there recently has been such slow service that we will not be back until they fix the problem. Just need to hire more people. One person serving and one person in the kitchen on a Tuesday night. Busy enough now for more staff. Shouldn't have to wait 45 minutes for food. Many time we have had to ask for our bill, ask to be served etc. Not a nice experience.
Poor experience. Poor food with only one server. Used to be good Local pub close to our home. Stopped for a couple appetizers about 7pm. Place was just about empty. Ordered the nacho chips and and their most popular appetizer as the waitress said she had not been getting good feedback on the wings. Both dishes where poor. She apologized and was quite nice but confirmed they have not been getting good feedback. There was a reason why they only had a couple customers when the first bar we tried was full.
Happy to have found this neighbourhood pub. I found that Jasmine really treated me like gold actually. I don't really like alcohol and asked for my drink to be sweetened up somehow. She put agave syrup in it, and brought me a side car of 7-up and cherry syrup. It was so good, we went back the next day and then again acouple weeks later. lol. Tasty food options and pleasant staff. Thanks a bunch folks!
Slow service. Bad food. Bad value. Would never recommend or come again.
Food was good; the atmosphere was lively. The colour on big screen TV made it difficult to watch hockey game but otherwise all was good.
The manager and the lady who served us were both such amazing ladies. A friend and I went there for drinks and it was the BEST service we’ve ever had. Our server was super funny, and we were able to talk to her about anything which was awesome, same for the manager as well. Will definitely be back:))
Came here late last night. I was the DD. Security was friendly upon arrival. The bartender had a friendly disposition and even found my phone which I dropped so I appreciated the honesty. DJ came over to ask about our requests which was considerate. The waitress is quite busy (only one) so might be a wait for drinks. We were fine though. The vibe was surprisingly friendly and laid back considering it was the post 1am all other White Rock bars closed crowd. I would come back.
First time and last time going here. Service was poor, we waited almost 45 minutes for our food and when it came all of it was ice cold. Had problems getting waitresses attention which was shocking as it was not busy at all. They did comp our food which was nice but we left hungry and disappointed.
I was here with my friends and had such a laugh. Alex took care of us and really made the night so enjoyable. Service was on point and she really made a difference in our night. Will be back!
Good food went for there all day happy hour. Only reason why it's not a 5 star is the server was new. I ordered nachos when they didn't have them and it took 10 minutes after I ordered for her to tell me they didn't have nachos
