Had there new bowl today for lunch and it made me sick after. I believe I got food poisoning because I have been on the toilet most of the day couldn’t work very much and my stomach is upset not happy at all
Extremely slow service! Most customers always complaining, if I didn't like my coffee there so much wouldn't bother cause it's on the way to work
Poor customer service as people working over there are very slow and lazy.You guys need to hire more staff members.I waited for 15 minutes in line up for just one coffee.
This is my go to place every morning! My suggestion is that they should hire more staff . Sometimes I wait 10-12 mins in line for a coffee n gets a cold coffee not warm .
They have good coffee and a clean space for customers to sit. Prices are %20-25more affordable compared to Starbucks.
This place is always under staffed. You got one person running the entire front during the busy morning rush. Wait times are super long as a result. Its ridiculous how long it takes to get a coffee or a basic doughnut. No drive through either. This place is useless if you are in a hurry.
Love the coffee. Love all the locations. Love the prices and quality of the many goods sold. Now if they'd only go back to being open 24 hours!
So Feb 26 at 10 am I headed over to this Tim horton and ordered 1 steeped earl grey tea with 3 sugar and 3 milk, 1 london fog 3 sugar a hash brown a homestyle biscuit bacon egg and cheese and a sausage and cheese english muffin.So my issue is I got no sugar in my steeped earl grey tea ,then they gave me my sandwiches before the tea that they had me go off to a parking stall and wait 10 minutes for , finally my tea came sandwiches are cold now but I leave. I get my english muffin and bacon sandwich out of the bag unwrap and go to take bite and low and behold the english muffin is moldy so i take it back get a home style biscuit with the sausage they said they did not have but not before they gave me egg on it which I did not. I feel the lack of attention and care that this particular Tim Hortons displays is quite disappointing considering it happens almost every time I go here . I really feel that retraining is a good idea and to have your staff monitored for how to handle these types of situations.
This is a great Tim Hortons. Just recently I've noticed there is more staff working which has sped up the waiting time. They are a close knit group who seem to enjoy working together.
This is my favorite place to stop on a way from Seattle to Vancouver. It is located right next to shopping center, plenty of parking, reasonable wait time, always friendly staff.
