Disappointed again! It’s the little things like butter for my bun that came with my chilli. They provided the knife but nothing to use it with.It just shows again and again that Tim Hortons employees don’t care about the quality of their work. This kind of thing is consistent at all branches of Tim Hortons.Going to Tim’s is like being a Leaf fan, always disappointed even though you keep going back to them … hoping it’ll be different this time.See my sad, dry bun pic!
Coming here to get donuts and ice capped was one of my favorite activities before the outbreak of Covid-19. Of course, one donut each person was never enough so my family of three always order half a box of donut for a very fair price!! Much check out their Honey Cruller and sour cream donuts, not expensive at all for such wonderful quality! I also enjoyed the atmosphere at this coffee shop! It was a great spot with great staff! Thanks!! Now I’m off shore and out of the country surely did I miss this place!!!
A bit of mixed experience with this Tim Hortons. Some day it is good, some day horrible. Really depends on who is working and how busy the place.Did a large group breakfast order once. The sandwiches were done right but the drinks were all wrong. Get cold water for hot tea; triple triple for all the coffee.But convenient location by Ironwood so can't complain if you want your Timmy fix.
Drive thru staff have no manners. Always give you attitude and mumble in ‘not so loud tone’ whenever I pull out my Tim’s reward card.Called manager to report about this certain issue, clearly poor manners is a qualification to be hired at Tim Hortons.
Fantastic food and efficient staff. Please try the strawberry dream donuts. They are yummy forbthe tummy. Their breakfast muffins rock too especially the fruit explosion and hazelnut donut. Definitely going back again for more.
dont come here unless you absolutely have to. drive thru easily takes 10-12 minutes, workers are rude, takes so long to bother taking your order. whats the point of two lanes if 1 lane always goes faster than the other. avoid.
Great Service and the food quality was Awesome . Specially French Vanilla Double Double most likely .Hats off to the Tim Hortons Team For Fabulous Working .Loving It
Been here at this location couple times but have been had terrible experience. Got breakfast sandwich with cold hashbrown. Cheese panini asked for vegetable and chipotle and had no sauce and cold inside. Today asked for chai tea latte and got apple fog. At window the girl asked if i had chai tea latte i said yes and no marking on cup. Tim has a standard to write on their cup to show what it is yet there is no standard at this location.
Manager was so rude to her(Iqubal I believe wasn't able to read name just overheard) staff. People should learn some manner, how to behave with other humans. I would never go such places where people don't respect those ones who work under their. Service and other things comes after for me, humanity first.
It took 5 employees to figure out a mobile order of one medium black coffee. The employees argued with me that I didn't order anything only to find they misplaced my order on the front counter and not at the drive thru. No apology for fighting with a customer. Pathetic!
