Always wrong orders very bad customer service ordered harvest break fast sandwich meal they give me two hashbrown and put one in the sandwich staff is rude yelling at each other in the store very bad experience and drive thur is horrible as well double triple check you order
First few times we went we were enamored. Being from the states it was a novelty. Now that we’ve tried everything we realize how mediocre it is. Donuts are so not that good. Sandwiches are meh. Coffee is best thing they have. Definitely try it if you’ve never gone and you’ll see for yourself. Not a go to place.
Very slow drive thru service... so bad I had to write a review to save people time. Waiting 20 minutes for an Ice Capp is not "fast food" at all. You guys need to be faster.
this is ice coffee less ice , i repeated 3 times to girl at drive through that i want ice coffee less ice and this is what i got , this is not first time that they don’t listen properly ?????????? i recommend to not visit here if you are starting your day , they will ruin your day
I usually avoid this one because it's probably the slowest drive though I've gone , consistently! If you have time then no problem. Otherwise id avoid it.
Probably one of the slowest Tim Hortons in the lower mainland. I've sat in the drive through line up for 30 minutes before. Always is very busy. Not sure if they could improve on staffing or organization. But it certainly needs improving.
The staff working is really rude.We ordered through mobile app from this location.The order was not ready when we went there to pick it up. The girl was very rude, she said that they do not get notifications for mobile orders .And she said that it’s only two of us working and we don’t look into computer again and again. And said that we have to wait for 10 minutes.What’s the point of ordering through the app ahead of time if you have to wait again. And also they never pick up the calls.Bad customer service.
Not a good service. I ordered a double double and it was like just a hot water , maybe they made for someone else but he/she didn’t get that and they gave me by doing microwave it ??
25mins in line up. Slow service won't be coming here agian rather go to Triple O's next door.
This is really worst tim Hortons in the world. Everytime I go here they don't have something. Today was soup. Always same excuse supply shortage. This tim Hortons is the only one that has such a big supply shortage. Then the staff acts rude like its my fault I wanted to order that. Stay away. They need new managers for sure. They always screw up orders. They just don't care at this location.
