I used to come alot to this location as i work near by but there customer service is getting worse day by day workers are so rude. I asked for new drink most of the time they said it’s not available i think so workers needs to be trained more…….??
If I could give any less stars than this, I would. I come at this place almost everyday and pickup my mobile order. Today, I spilled my coffee just outside their store in the parking and I POLITELY requested another coffee. It was just a medium coffee. The staff should have just made a coffee, how much that costs to tim Hortons? They saw me spilling my coffee and the supervisor named guru said “so you can just pay $2 right”. I would definitely pay $2 but don’t you guys have any humanity? Everyone works and pays their bills and if someone is getting any food means they need to eat or drink. As far as working in a food store is concerned, customer’s needs should be prioritized. I don’t think that this Tim hor tons would have lost millions of dollars making another coffee, but the wording that girl said had definitely spoiled someone’s morning. I wouldn’t write here everything she said since she has to pay her bills as well, but If someone can reach that girl, ask her to be a little nice with people around you.
Never had any complaints with drive thru. Drive thru service is super quick. Inside could be a long wait sometimes and staff shortage looks like the main cause of it.
I've been going to this location almost daily for about 1.5 years and there was a lack of consistency and the customer service was terrible. I would ask for tea and get coffee, I would ask for 1 sugar and i'd get none. I'd ask for half cream, I would get double cream and they would rush drive through customers by yelling "NEXT!! "NEXT!!". I get that it's a fast food place but no need to yell, I will drive away as soon as I put my cup down.For over a month now, the morning staff changed and they are sooooo friendly, efficient and accuracy has improved! This one staff member knows my order and gets it right every time, she even draws smiley faces on my drinks. She also noticed I went from 1.5 sugar to one and started giving me sugar on the side in case I need more. I mean who does that? This girl needs to be promoted. I finally asked the her name today, its Gursharn. Thanks morning staff for putting a smile on my face every morning. Keep up the good work.

2 days agoWent there with my kids. My kids loved the timbits, so fresh. Also the girl there, she had no name tag pin but I ask for her name she said Reetu with a grt smile she's amazing. So hardworking. Never seen any tim Hortons employee so friendly and such quick service !! She made me try strawberry lemonade that was amazing. My new favorite. Thank you Reetu . See you soon .
Very stupid employees and very bad customer service they don’t even know how to give order,whenever i go there i have ask for napkins and to put my order in a bag. So just wanna say if you don’t want to work go home or work properly.
Worst tim Hortons i have ever been to. Manager is super rude coffee is always expired and taste so bad. Most of the time order is wrong .
Terrible Service. Yesterday I went this place, girls who are working inside have no manners at all they are laughing for no reason. I went there to buy timbits and muffin usually i'm a fond of birthday cake timbits. O god, muffins looks spoilt and no sprinkles at all on Birthday cake timbits. Everything in baking stuff looks kind of so dirty. However I but 1 blue berry muffin. It was so hard on top they are selling old things not fresh at all. Whoever is leading this place should pay some attention on food and educate their employees how to deal with people and behave at workplace.
So disgusted right now. Ordered a turkey bacon club sandwich today and opened it up to see wilted and rotting lettuce. Very disappointing to think someone thought it would be acceptable to serve this. I went in and asked for the manager, the girls in the window who served the food turned and started laughing, manager said oh sorry about that and returned the money. Very casual like they gave me the wrong food not rotten food. Will be the last time I visit this location.
