I ordered for veggie sandwich old fashioned plain donut and coffee with two milk. Coffee served was not hot when I complain they said you have drunk some coffee. I told them that I had two sip. I am not happy with their behaviour. And I had to throw away my coffee.

They got my order wrong, I had to go back to tell them and the staff didn't even apologize. They gave me a new cup of coffee that wasn't even full. Very disappointed

Yesterday i ordered a medium coffee and when i check my order at home its only half of the cup. Staff is not attentive for the orders.

Service was best in I have seen at any Tim Hortons in lower mainland for a long time.For first time in several years(& Iam a daily customer)the server actually "Thanked"me for coming in!!!! WOW,the rest of franchise owners & area supervisors should take note.

I was in express line earlier today expecting that I was going to get my coffee expeditiously as it's supposed to be much faster than being in normal line. I had been waiting in line for quite a while so I asked someone why no one was taking my order as I had already been waiting at the till for some time.The lady replied back to me in a rude way "Just wait, I'm doing something". She was not professional at all and was very rude and I said isn't someone supposed to help me here as its supposed to be an express line and yet I was waiting by the till for someone to take my order. Unfortunately I got this lady who was quite rude so I asked one of the staff what the lady's name was and found out she was a supervisor there on that shift earlier today. Her name was Ruby and hopefully I don't encounter her anymore and I encounter someone or supervisor with more people skills and not rude like she was today.

Worst place to go to. Over charging for coffee claiming they didn't hear my order right. I was clear I wanted 2 dark roasts 2 cream 2 sugar with 2 cinnamon buns. The buns where old and the coffee tastes watered down and burnt. Not worth the 11 dollars I've spent at all. This is false advertising learn to promote better ?

I went there yesterday Monday about lunch time and I was in a long line up so there was only 1 person I noticed working 2 tills. The person was going back and forth on both tills while there was 2 other staff members just standing there and talking while watching the line up grow more and more meanwhile the 1 person was still working alone going back and forth on both tills. Poor supervising and helping out staff to reduce the line up. Hopefully management can improve this frustration for customers especially when they see staff members just standing around while its busy with huge line up.

Staff need to be retrained and listen to the customer order and don't accuse the customer didn't order a item when it's on the order 2 dark roasts 2 cinnamon buns

Such a pointless Tim Hortons to go to. They are always out of food and customer service is so poor and slow. On multiple occasions mistakes are made, and staff is never apologetic. I would rather drive to another location than visit this one. -2/10.

Great location, but very slow. Staff are friendly but are in no rush to get orders out. I have waited in the lineup for at least 10-15 min several times. Personally, I would rather go to the Subway on the other side of the mall.
