Worst experience ever. I visited this place two times but worst experience in both visits. The food and drink were stale. I ordered wrap which was only filled with rice barely two small pieces of cucumber and tomato. Whole wrap was just filled with rice only. Team members are just rushing everywhere. Staff was rude, we are not taking free stuff, we are paying for our food, doesn’t make sense to be rude or impolite with customers. Aren’t even listening what customer wants or waiting for. When i got my food, i waited another 5 minutes just for napkins. They have to make sure what customers are waiting for. Instead of rushing to take orders of another customers, first handle the customers who already ordered. I never give bad review to any restaurant but my both visits had worst experience.l’ll never come back here!

i ask ta employee (kajal) to open the washroom door, she told me to wait. after 5 10 minute i asked her again she was very rude ,aggressive and showed alot attitude i the way she responded to me. I asked here if i can speak to your manager and she told manager not available. In all this process it look another employee to open the washroom door for me after another 10 minutes. I am Regular customer at this location, the manager realy need to train there employee how to deal with regulars. I am very disappointed thnks

Worst experience ever!I was here for pick up order. First, they don’t have the desired items that I wanted in my pick up order. It’s fine that they provided it with the alternatives. But, the staff that was present there today don’t know how to behave with customers. If we are being polite then we expect the same. Don’t show us the attitude.We are paying for the food, not asking for free.

The coffee and the food are never fresh, we always ask for the coffee and food to not be cold and stale because time and time again, we’re met with stale and cold food and coffee; they confirm that it will be fresh. As soon as we get our order it’s a disappointment, they end up warming up our coffee in the microwave and say they made us a new coffee… yeah, always a let down coming to this location.Side note: it’s not good to argue with a customer if they’re returning the food and coffee back to you because it’s cold and stale. There’s many other time hortons who will provide great coffee and food but for some reason, this location has employees who argue with you.

morning shift staff must send them for retraining , place an order for coffee and a wrap they just hand over the coffee when i asked where is my wrap they rudely replied i didn’t order really?? then told me to go in the line again and place an order i was like are you serious because of your mistakes i have to line up again i just took my coffee and said goodbye forever to this location. management should take action to retraining of those staff who don’t know what is call customer service

The one star is for the coffee; zero stars for the service. This location has the worst service i have ever seen in all locations. Today around 2pm they gave me the wrong drink at the drive thru. I had to drive back and walk in. I asked them to change my drink, and they ignored me, It was like "you should accept it instead of jumping over here and ask for another one" They didn't even apologize!!! When I got the drink I ordered 30 min ago at the drive thru, she rudely asked me to trash the old one!!! OMG

Not a good experience with this Tims, every time i come here.The staff during late mornings and evening are the worst in customer service. The ladies working at this location have no experience in customer service .The management needs to either train these girls or hire new staff who can work efficiently !I went through drive through i was super rushed on my order and got the wrong order !! I wanted NO TOMATOES and they gave me with the tomato .. if i had not checked i would have had a serious reaction to sue TIMS!Sooner or later if you guys are not attentive to orders and mess up i see someone putting a lawsuit for you !I went back to drive through where this girl don’t know her name argues back ! These student girls your hiring need to be well trained on customer service !To the Management - I am allergic to tomatoes when i continuously told the girl NO TOMATOES she gave me the sandwich with tomatoes and I literally had to throw it away as the girls were rude played the blaming game! Super annoyed! I wasted my money and time !To everyone reading this - do not waste your time and energy or money at this Tims! You’ll just regret it !!

they did not know how to speak eith customers. lack of customer experience as today, i order 4 coffee and i one of them i ordered vanilla latte, they gave me just milk and vanilla syrup, does not add expresso and when i ho back and tell that , they aare arguing with meworst service ever

This is the worst tim hortons in bc. It wasn't even busy and I still waited 15 minutes for a coffee this morning in a drive thru. At the end of the 15 mins that I waited, they then told me their latte machine wasn't working so I waited another 5 minutes. 20 minutes total. For one coffee. How ridiculous is that??? Thus location needs to get it together. And half the time their debit machine isn't even working. Avoid thus location if you can and hit up the drive thru on 64th and Scott road at the east gas station. Their service is significantly faster!

Worst tim hortons I have ever arrived. Waited for 10 minutes inn line though there was no customer ahead me, team members were busy in doing their tasks rather then serving the customer. Tables were really dirty and the graveyard girl, talk to us very rudely. I observe she talks to her team mate as well very rudely. This happens during monday night. Team members really need to know the basic sense of how to talk with the customer.
