I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst experience I've ever had in my life. The staff did not have a clue of what they were doing. I ordered a large roasted hazelnut iced coffee and a vanilla yogurt. I ended up wait for 20 plus minutes after ordering which resulted in being late for work. Customers that ordered after me were being served their orders first, each and every single one of them had been given wrong items. When I finally got my order, I was given a hot Hazelnut latte. I politely asked to have an iced one which is what I ordered. More time when on and I finally had to leave because I was already very akte for work. Never going back ever again.

This Tim Hortons is hit and miss. When there not overwhelmed by 7 customers there usually pretty attentive but throw one too many customers in the store and they go down hard. Giving orders to wrong people, forgetting about orders, half the staff wandering aimlessly while the other half tend to drive through and ignore the counter.Same quality as most Tims as far as food and coffee. Coffees are inconsistent and barely take like true coffee, generic food and average doughnuts and pasterys, typical tims.Edit: Downgraded a star, just ordered bagels with extra butter, down the road I find they aren't toasted much at all and almost no butter. When questioned I was given some lame excuses then was told come back right now and bring the bagels with me and she would replace the 4 incorrect ones with 1 correct one. I don't have time to be driving back, what about the other 3 and with people still getting sick they are taking back customer's orders after they have left the building into a sanitary kitchen they serve food from? Nope, won't be back to this one, I'll go down the road thanks.....

The employee wasn't able to pass me my tea without pouring it all over themselves, that should be the first hint that something is not right with your cup. I am so annoyed with pulling into this drive through and having coffee and tea dumped on me by incompetent employees. Today I was on my motorcycle so I didn't get a good chance to see how poorly the lid was on the cup. It's now all over my bike and I'm wearing half of it. 1 star is not low enough

Giving an average rating. Staff appear to be mostly inexperienced or new. A previous mobile order was missed and not started till after I arrived - even when I noted on the app that I needed it immediately. Now a secone mobile order was likewise missed and not started till after I arrived. They also had to repeatedly ask me to read back my order to them. These staff need more support. When I arrived there were only 2 customers waiting for orders. After I arrived only 2 more came in. I realize there were also drive through orders but that means there should be more staff or support for the morning shift.

Ordered sausage farmer's wrap combo, asked for large coffee with two cream, and a honey crueler, was asked if I wanted the hash brown, I said yes, and repeated that yes I wanted it when I didn't see it on the screen, and screen also said large coffee 2 cream. I didn't get the hash brown, and for given a medium, and staff member was rude when I mentioned the errors

Opens at 5AM sharp everyday. I visit this tim everyday after work in the morning. Good place to start your day.

Went there around 12:50pm April 29. Girl on order taking and window was way too rude.Order a bagel with lettuce tomato hasbrown chedder and chipotle but there was no hasbrown and lettuce. They charged me full price, so screwed up service.

Drive thru was fast and efficient ! They made a mistake on our order , only due to loud street noises. But we received a free coffee because of this ! So absolutely would go again !

No matter if your order is big or small, they'll manage to screw it up.Want a steep tea? You'll get coffee.Double double? Here's a triple triple.Everything bagel with cream cheese? How about a plain bagel with butter.Might as well just ask them what they feel like giving you and omitting from your order that you paid for.

Arrived at this location at 9:30pm fully aware they close at 10pm. I asked for one steeped tea and the lady running the drive-through said they weren't making any more tea for the night. Ridiculous to turn away paying customers because they don't want to make a pot of tea within 30 minutes of closing.
